Thanks everyone! Today is bitter sweet...happy to be home, lucky to be selected MOTM, but battling feelings of depression and stress. Weird...

Fortunately, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to acute stress. I have my first post op appointment with the doctor in a week and we will discuss my MM at that time too. I know exactly what will work, and fortunately I have much of it in stock...:ganjamon:

I hope you all have a great day. In about an hour I’m making my first journey to the garden. I’ll try to get a few pictures when I do.
 
I'm sure a foray to the garden in and of itself will pick your spirits up.

In honor of your MOTM victory I'm dedicating my next grow to you and your health. Well, that and my Royal Queen Seeds feminized GG#4 seeds arrived yesterday.

Well, I may have bitten off a little more than I could chew. Very easy walking down to the garden...stayed there about 30 minutes and then tried crawling back. I was completely exhausted. Sweating profusely and so out of breath. I had to lay down immediately and take a break. I’ve ran marathons before and this was much harder in my mind.

I did manage to take one picture. The room is completely out of control. What I should do, is cut it all down and start over, but I need this harvest to get me through the Summer. My wife did a superb job of keeping them in check so I cannot fault her for anything. I talked her through a complete res change so I’m happy about that. I asked her if she wanted to start her own garden...if you could’ve seen the look on her face. Priceless!

Anyway, ladies and gents please put your hands together for Grandpa Glue at day 27!

Out of control in there just means it needs some light defoliation and a bit of supercropping. Just walk down there, take a nap, get the work done, take a nap, and then crawl back to bed! Maybe tomorrow.

It was nice to see them. Dropped my heart rate immediately...and then got me all excited too. LOL!

So glad your home. You will get stronger each day now. Don't do to much, you need to heal up.

I remember this from a while back. Having open heart surgery would be like driving into your mechanic and saying rebuild the motor please but don't shut it off, keep it running.

Now that last pic you posted is just a close up of the first correct? :laugh:
 
Congratulations on MOTM. It was much deserved.

The stress and depression is normal. They put your body through some shit there guy. The exhaustion will get better. You should start to walk more and you will be surprised at how well you will bounce back. As you stated. "At least there is tomorrow". Good attitude.

Ah don't sweat the grow. Have granny help you get it back on track. Like someone mentioned it's probably just defoilation and some minor bending. If she was able to keep a RDWC going and not kill everything she is a keeper. ;)

I did not bring it up. I should have, but I just didn’t. I know the deal. I need at least 8 weeks for the sternum to reconnect. I doubt I’ll hit any smokable product for that time. Capsules on the other hand, will be okay in a few. Although, now I must use EVOO instead of coconut oil.



You’re all in for a treat...I’ll post a picture of the damage in a few days. It’s horrible at the moment. I’m hoping it’ll look a little better after a shower.

Pain is actually manageable. I can’t believe it, but it’s working.



Thank Dabs! I enjoy my little putt-putt. I can load and unload by myself so that’s important...Doh, or I could. I’ll have to wait that 4-6 week Mark to see.

Depression is a tough one, so many of us suffer from it. I'm sure once you get to fixin' some capsules, that should lift you up a bit. With the EVOO capsules, I also take organic Apple Cider Vinegar with helped me get rid of pre-diabetes and brought my blood sugar down to normal levels. If you want me to send you a picture of it, I will, it's helped balance so much. Otherwise, I'm just checkin' in hoping you are excited for your treasures that will arrive in the next few weeks.
