Probably, but I should be able to squeeze two pucks formed with a 40mm diameter pre-press at a time. As they can be up to 1/2 oz (14gm) of flower each, that's eight to sixteen presses. A DIY puck insertion tool will help place them without a lot of the fiddle farting around I've seen in most videos. I figure I'll be able to do a press every 5 - 6 minutes, once I get into the swing of things. Who knows? If it takes longer, so be it.
With a 4x4 plate, and loading 14g into a bag properly (takes me a couple minutes). To de-stem, weigh rough, break up, load bag, cut bag, place bag, press, scrape, place in storage and clean scrape tool...maybe 12 minutes.
With the 2.5x2.5 plate I could do about a half ounce an hour.
With the 4x4 and a 12 ton....I can do about 2 an hour. I could see how that could be doubled with a press plates that do an ounce at a time.
I've never really looked at stuff that does more than an ounce at a time.
I've also found that loading bags sloppy gives me a lot more clean up.
Good luck! and enjoy!
