pollen sacks about to burst openmothrfuckerrrrr... o man, yogic teachings of non attachment is a true one and a bitch sometimes lol. Am hoping that nothing is polinated in the tent from the impostor the wolf in sheep's clothing. just holy cow, trust nothing human error can happen
20201216_110106.jpg

I isolated it collect pollen and kill it, make some regular gorilla breath seeds. damn, hope i made it in time, those pollen sacs formed overnight, i literally checked at five thirty yesterday.

You should be good, it doesn't look like any unzipped, spilling pollen.

When life gives you lemons, paint that shit gold. Good call on isolating and harvesting some pollen.
am impulsive too lol, Dummy me just noticed flowered tops not making sacks. I reacted to male sacs w checking if herming males sacs. HA! Am blind, but yes thankfully no polination.

Kwazulu top bud (apicola? ive forgotten) pic taken on the 17th.
Still stretching almost up to Gorrila Breath

GBreath is on a mission to grow. should of kept in a 1 gallon. The kwazulu is behind it wondering who tf is the Sativa in this room it or GBreath?
20201217_171943.jpg

i had NO IDEA it would do that oh holy cow its stretches.
lemon grape lst continues to impress mightily. between breaking and cones its at 22 colas, 4 minor colas, and 2.5 x 2.5 feet wide
20201217_154238.jpg

(that blue clone foam was doing temp splint duty, yeah no, hit the thing 1min later snapped of the cola off. ah well)

outdoor scene under a makeshift cold shelter sealed tight during this cold snap. will check tomorrow for open male flowers hoping all three females rich with emerging seeds in 8 weeks.
The clones... some did great others I'm culling some culled themselves, going to keep two for others the rest are going to do bloom season 2 one gallon electric bugaloo in less than a week, need room and damnitall holiday company f ing up mah plans. Def not the partaking of herb kind.I'm not in a yogic space atm, i better work on that ;). ... not a holidays type of person.
tried to pour soil out of the bag into the container, not even mad. i was so high...

Kwazulu begins stacking, now about 25 days since flipping the lights, so far super low maintenance water 1x a week at about 380 - 430 ppm feeding. Ive clipped two or three sun leaves and that's it.
20201226_091245.jpg

Gorrila Breath is so low maintenance it's ridiculous. Lot of respect to the breeders, outstanding open structure with symmetrical growth. It reminds me of the Pineapple Express in its growth habit. Also again happy at water once a week w same ppm levels.

20201226_091250.jpg

Lemon Grape canopy just after a much needed watering this morning, took 4 gallons poured in over a half an hour. Over all very pleased with it and a the others.
The only issue is the unreal cold that is here. my room in the am is 50 to 65 degrees and im running a heater in the tent each day. i suspect its slowing down growth on the lg bud development but i could be wrong. The lack of humidity is a big issue. Normally 65% average. today it was 39% at 8 am. im up to 43% two hours after misting and watering the girls so my VPN is challenged to say the least.
Ive pollinated two kwazulu and one lemon grape. two days later they are in the tent along w two very challenged clones that are there just see if they pull through not attached to them. Regardless, it is a full house w creative canopy positioning lol. 10 plants over all.
20201226_091155.jpg

I held off putting more clones in, going to let them develop more. The Hula Dancer though it deserves its own space. it has that nice Reunion Island branching structure - full w secondary branches bushy indeed. But again the cold, the floor is probably 50° rn. So it's suspended animation time more or less. vintage 70s tile means IDGAF about dirt while transplanting lol.

the austere improvised greenhouse/ breeding station. Male Kwazuu did its job and in praying mantis fashion i then ate it. in a smoothie. Delish.

20201222_164834.jpg

wtf is up w God's thermostat? my electric bill was 60 dolars more this month due to heating. its usually 75 to 80 here. Ive just now closed up the tent lol, i know. "yogi tf are u doing leaving it open boy"? i ike air in there also am hoping to force some lovely purple out of the L Grape w nightime temps avg in the 50s but now its closer to 37° so now its buttoned up.
that said sun grown lemon grape, the second tester plant, is loving it apparently so who knows maybe im micromanaging needlessly.
20201226_102728.jpg

20201226_102722.jpg

yeah bastard whiteflies i suspect but w a week or so to harvest on a small tester plant no big deal.
may this find you all well.

maitenance day thinning and spreading everything back into place, pull a few colas down and clean up some lowers.
there.

pollinated kwazulu coming along.

Gorilla Breath getting settled in.
20201228_135431.jpg

another kwazulu cola, non pollinated, two phenos on my plate this is the sqatter version, can only imagine this grown in anything larger than the1liter it's in. Should this be a strain to run again a group in 5g buckets will work.
20201228_121638.jpg

one more but next post...
*edit t say these pics won't delete -¿? lol

Yogi, I noticed you adding a tincture to morning coffee - I'm making my first tincture and have read it needs to steep for as long as 4 weeks for max potency. I mixed decarbed bud with Mississippi Moonshine, sealed it in a jar, shook it up, and am letting it sit. Any tips from ur tincture experience? Thanks.

very interesting, my friendly white witches down the road make it i will inquire about that and get back to you. Happy New Year!

does anyone know what this might be? Water 77° 150 ppm atm, ph 60 - 6.5. Started on lowest sugar leaf this was #2 w 2 more showing signs, one Kwazulu only. It should have 4 to 5 weeks to go so i want to take care of this quickly. I had been feeding at the same above but in 300 - 450 ppm range w composted fish/seaweed plus cal mag, then just a light watering three days ago. The other plants are perfect.

it's the back left plant, still looks fine from here...

20210101_144042.jpg

Looks to me that it is a leaf that was too close to the light source. Could those leaves been pushed up against the reflective surface of the tent and got too much light and got burnt? I've got nothing else.
i wish parnelli, that one was 24 to 30 inches away. boron def comes to mind...dunno yet.
