What do you make of this. started with 8 seeds messed up and planted 2 in same pot. upon digging one out i found something else sprouting so potted it up too to see what it was,well blow me over it`s just another cannabis plant,seriously 8 seeds 9 plants. Couldn't be twins could it,they are F5 and F10 seeds.

Saturday morning. First time in 6 days you haven't heard the alarm go off. You rise to a sun not yet up, the only sounds are the birds singing and the coffee brewing. It's perfect. Or, as Frank Constanta would say, serenity now.....ahhhhh. Then you remember that you decided to get married and have children......shit, I got ahead. We will come back to that.
You take your cup of coffee and your iPad down into your respective man area ( mine is referred to as just "my office"). You sit down and take a sip of your coffee, black, and begin your normal routine of perusing the days horrible news and mindless dribble on social media whilst lol'ing at some memes. Once you feel your body begin to come back online from the coffee, reality of the Matrix sets in and the you can feel the pressures of the world begin to creep in. Not a lot, mostly placebo from what you know the latter will bring. There is one thing that can sort through the jumbled, high frequency coding of the Matrix. Imagine a systemic categorization or prioritizing the unnecessary. Weed!! You remember the new bag of Sour OG you got last night. Wow, it's good. Let's speed this up..... goodness.
Little Sour OG, coffee, I'm ready to go see the ladies and spend a lot of uninterrupted time together. Wishful thinking.
Day 14 of flower!!
It has been unseasonably cool and the AC in the house has not been required but it was killing my humidity levels. So I bit the bullet and turned on the AC and my humidity went from high 60's to 48% before I watered yesterday.
72°/55%rh at 0700
Yesterday the ladies got 3 gallons, 5.7-5.9, OG 5ml Calmag, 5ml Bloom, 5ml Flowericious(its the GH bloom additive) and 5ml molasses.
4 out of the 5 looked really good. I posted that the Black Jesus OG were giving me some issues earlier in the week, really the whole Grow. Anyways, one of them this morning looked really good and normal, the other one, not so much.

So, I had just started to give the OGK's a little defol , trying to uncover anything blocked by fan leaves. That's about the time my wife must have felt my happiness emanating from my office and felt she needed to shut that shit down and now we are going back to school shopping. Awesome.
I will try to take some good pics later but when the sun goes out at 18:00, makes it hard. May be at 06:00.
Moral of the story here kids, 1) don't get married 2) don't have kids 3) cannabis is a miracle

Am I doing the right thing by eliminating some of these flowers that might be lower growth, small and insignificant or just getting in the way?

I did heavy defol on every plant. I eliminated all lower growth that I didn't feel was necessary and removed any fan leaf that was in the way of a flower. All of them look really good.

I try not to defol until week 3 of flower. I like to get rid of those low tops and leaves, I've heard them called suckers. They suck away nutes and other good stuff from the main tops. A second defol around week 6-7 is good too. I left too thick a canopy on Jane i should have thinned her out better at week three.
Not sure if you're into cloning but some of those lowers can be made into some great plants.
I think you're doing the right thing, just remember less is more. You can always defol,trim, or prune tomorrow.
