, because you can start to determine which type of smoke/effect you want by sampling.
The trich development is only an indicator of ripeness, whether clear, cloudy, milky & amber each have their own types of effect.
Now it's going to be up to you to decide when you want to stop giving nutes, flush & harvest when your ready. That is your best way to determine if a plant is going to be ready, test it & smoke it. Write a small report in your journal and go back after the 2nd saample and compare. I did 3 samples and could see exactly where I was and wanted to be.
You raised the plants & you are going to have to decide when to harvest them, based on your needs of course, that means you are going to have to make a harvest plan.
