First 2000 Watt SCROG

Well I'm going to have to say you seem to have a total grip on your kit. Use some common sense. I don't recall what the height was to begin with, but yes, dropping your lamp will net signfigant luman increase to the canopy. Which can and often does lead to better results.
Maybe you should try lowering it a little at a time. You may also see an increased uptake in everything!

Here are pics of the clones I cut from my scrog they will be going in when the other come out I have been doing some lst on them as you can see. I topped the last ones but I think I will just lst these ones then throw them under the screen and see what happens.I know for sure that Subcool the creator of JTR say its best to grow untopped into a bush.

Ok so here they are 38 days 12\12 looking good I think.I thought the nugs would be bigger by now but I am only 1\2 way done so hopefully they put on a show these next few weeks. i took a couple pics with a lighter for size comparasin do they look ontrack?

I know im trippin too I am hoping that when its all said and done some of the nugs will be as big as coke cans....Wishful thinking but they will be dense...........I hope....... Alot of them are pretty dense already

ive been thinking of adding 8 150 watt cfl in shop lights like the one in the picture from the 35 day update that will give me another 1000 watts of power
but all in all im happy with it now.When I get a little cash I def will be adding co2 though. Oh yeah and i will only buy premium soil from now on mo more cheap walmart soil that is almost imposible to keep the ph right in.Im thinking promix?????????????OH and the light I will keep it closer next time cause I know I can so that should help alot.thanks for tuning in
 
So they made it through the night with the lights low no problems.They seem to really like the light right on top of them.I checked them every couple hours for signs of light stress and they seem all good. The lights are about 14 in from the tops so they are getting maximum light penetration im excited to see the buds swell up:grinjoint:
 
Dang doode, that's amazing. I've got a 43" x 43" screen ready to go, but man, I won't be able to stop thinking about all that real estate you're covering.

thanks bro Im glad to have you aboard My screen is 6ft x 4ft.and man I appreciate the reps.I want to get all my green bars filled:)

Did you say you could hold your hand there without it feeling hot (the back of your hand not the palm)

If you can do this, and the light footprint still covers the canopy then lower is indeed better ;)

i mean it gets warm but not hot at all and it tends too have more light on the canopy now according to the light meter

Some CFLs would be awesome addition into the cargen. What on the corners and middle or something?
Co2 is awesome. Im using it for the first time this grow. Check out My Grow I started using co2, but didnt have enough money to buy a tank and regulator yet. So im using co2 pucks. Notice a HUGE difference from my last grow in a near exact same closet.
They are cheap. $4 from the hydro shop, and just dunk em in water above your light once every other day. Cheap and easy, and works great! at least something until you get enough cash for a legit co2 setup?
and ive heard awesome stuff about promix. IM using The new Roots Organic Greenfield soil. It is working AWESOME. Super nuterual and easy to work with!
