Yeah I don't think id be able to run during the day at all, temps would be in the 40s lol, supposed to be 41c here Thursday :rofl: Yeah man everything is going great, I keep meaning to do updates but then I'm like, ill grab pics tonight, then I forget to upload them and now I have thousands of pictures on there :rofl: I will grab some fresh ones tonight so I don't have to go through them all :rofl:
 
I wonder what the smallest aircon systen is you can buy? A mini mini reverse cycle i can run under the house and pipe it up would be pretty sweet. May have to go shooping on ebay. Would solve all my issues in one hit. Would be cheapto run if i seal the cupboard. Might be dreaming that such a thing exists... lol. Worth a look.
 
I literally have nowhere in my room I could setup an AC system, got one of them portable ones but too bulky and needs to be ducted out the window, I hardly even use the unit for us as it chews the power so I'm defo not going to let them have it :rofl: on the really hot days I run it in the kitchen, we have an open plan house so from that point it pretty much cools down the rest of the house, if possible I open the door to the grow room so they can draw in some of that cool air, kinda helps drag the coolness down that end of the house too ;) thing that sux here is we don't even have any insulation and its a tin roof, gets damn warm, I think the first thing I do next year when ive got some cash is insulate the roof, then I really need to upgrade my grow space, get it out of the house and maybe install a split system :thumb:

Yeah its 35 here tomorrow so im going to leave the air con on 20c and see if it gets down to my bedroom. Im pretty open plan here too. I found some evaporative coolers, but just screams humidity to me. Some little self contained air cons for $400 but seem excessive @ 1.5kw for my cupboard. Tho they will only run when needed, but would have to dolly up the sensor to reach the cupboard. Hmm. And want something with a piped outlet too, so might be asking a lot. Bit more research required.

Morning mate ;) all is well, haven't been to bed yet, gonna try sneak a couple of hours before I take the boy to school :rofl: Ive got a portable one here I pull out on really hot days, I think its around 3.5kw, good brand too, just needs to constantly run to cool our house, its no good for in the grow room, too bulky and needs to be ducted outside which my tents block most of the access to my window ;)

Thanks mate :) yeah the SSSDH's look awesome, cant wait to flower #2, I think she is going to be even better :thumb: thinking about bringing in the smaller clone I have in soil outside and flower her out ;)
 
Love your updates cause there is so much to look at.
That c99 is looking it might give Wj a a run for its money on how goid it looks.
Heat problems suck man,my aircon I tried to run 2 years back was only good for dropping the temp by 2-3deg on a warm day,the small ones just can't cut it for hot days.
 
Thanks bro ;) I think the C99 is defo going to give the WJ a run in flower formation and size, the 91 though man overall as a plant, visually I think she is going to win depending how she fills in, SSSDH is very pretty though :thumb: My portable aircon works great in my grow room but a bitch to setup and work around with the tents positioned the way they are, problem is its louder than everything else combined in the grow room and sounds like a jet engine when walking past the window outside, kinda defeats the stealth factor :rofl: Tbh I try not to let temps get into my mind too much, if you think about it we are growing the same thing outdoors in really hot temps without problems, really high UV in aus, it shouldn't be an issue indoors as long as there is sufficient airflow and the RH is kept in check ;) a few things that help are running stable genetics that wont herm, keep the lights a bit further away and running lights of a night so you are not adding the temperature of the lights to the hottest part of the day, probably wont see much of a difference in temps between lights on and off when running like that in summer but has worked for me so far :thumb:

Once they are in main tent then it's time to pop the white lemon

I've been wanting to bring on a strain that's as frosty as your WW

White Lemon should be a winner (i hope lol)

Plan is this year to grow a few strains and keep mothers at my mate's place

The pineapple expresses, one doing really well, 2nd one doing ok, 3rd is what I usually get from autos :rofl:

Thanks bro, they are going down well that's for sure, been dealing with some pretty hot days lately and this stuff helps me not worry about anything at all, actually brings up more of a sweat smoking it but at that point I'm not worried :rofl:
