Doing my best Bode and my apologies that this has been a stressful week at home and I'm sure my absence has raised questions bit everything is ok.
I was told CT scans showed no masses but the doctor will discuss my bloodwork with me on my next appointment. No masses however is a great start and such a relief. Hope that all is well with Julie, I know she has her share of health problems and you do such a good job taking care of her!
I do need one. I need something new again to smoke out of lol you praise it so I am super curious! Hoping I get a course of treatment for whatever my most recent bloodwork showed last week, and like I said to Bode, no masses in the CT is a bonus. Thanks for all the love CloverYou needed to upgrade to a @MagicStone anyways. lol I’m visualizing you getting a clean bill of health my little Italian robe buddy and everything getting back to normal. Appreciate that a lot Gid and just so you know the Blue Cheese is still alive but I have moved her to a corner because it is definitely not a good sign that we are having no change still...but I haven't trashed her yet...not yet
Mine too, I break everything. We should learn how to blow glass and make our own then maybe we would take better care of them after all the labor we had to put in to make them
So guys it has been a week since I have had an update...I thought about splitting it up but that just leads to more confusion. The thought of starting a separate journal for our Bubblegum Auto is still a thought, but we may just keep tossing her in this journal...just been too screwy at home.
I'm having problems with my "lovely" mother again which leads to problems with my sister as her and Satan spawn are like Ozzie and Harriett. And of course TK....it's been a lot on me. Actually going to be starting an IOP program for my mental/emotional well being. I'm stressing in every angle of my life other than these grows so I need something to help me out...just thought I would share with you because a lot of people steer away from help or don't ask when they need it and it's important to make sure your head is screwed on right. No matter what that takes. A few hours a week in a social therapeutic session can't hurt...
But let's bring it back to the plants. I ended up flipping them to flower early because of their size. They were just getting too damn big for the tent, especially our Durban, Uma, but the others are bulking and fattening and stretching and growing up and into and around the 4x4. So instead of flipping on Friday, we turned lights off for the first time at 10AM on Wednesday the 26th. So W/TH/FR/SA/SU which leads us to today Monday @ Day 6 of Flip.
Let me get the pics out to take you up to speed. These following pics were from the beginning of the week prior to PPFD increases with a daily dimmer increase on the @Mars Hydro FC4800.
Then it was lights off and as lights off began, we incrementally began rising the dimmer closer to 100% as we started off at only 45% all through veg.
Then it was a feed day, we have two drinking the same day and two on the following: Amnesia and Durban drink together and G-13 and NYC Diesel the same.
And the light continues to become more bright as the girls continue to grow and as such, a few bottom most branches and larger leaves were removed for air flow and light penetration as well as to shift energies to the top and mid section of the plant-no sense wasting carbs on something you will cut off down the road anyway. Which leads us to this morning, tomorrow we will hit 100% on the dimmer at Day 7 of Flip.
Now to the Bubblegum transition out of the tent and to the great outdoors. She started off in a more shady spot in the back the first couple of days then I brought her out into the light more. She gets the earliest morning sun this way, good strong mid day sun and she gets a medium level amount of direct sun come late afternoon and early evening. It seems to be doing well for her.
She was fed Wednesday with Week 1/2 Veg and was topped off with the remainder of the gl Saturday. Her next feed is mixed and will just be a silica feed. I do not feed my autos as much as I do the photos, especially Bubblegum as she has a tendency to be super sensitive to nutrients.
But without further adieu, this is "Aurora", I named her because of the borealis, this plant provides colorful foliage come flower, reminding me of an Aurora borealis or an exploding supernova. Today she is 21 days above ground. I expect to see pistils by next week or end of this.
That's all I've got for today my friends. I have some loose ends to tie up around the house and some mindfulness to practice to help get me through today and the thoughts racing in my head. Off to check on the little making a mess in the living room, water the outdoor garden, put away the veggies harvested today, and other miscellaneous daily things, including rolling an Indica joint to smoke after TK gets back from PT-punched a door in a fight we had and fd his hand royally...so yea there's that, too lol....can't make this shit up. I need a sitcom. Someone call NBC. Holler at a girl.
