Highya Krissi,

I'm glad you stopped in for a visit, and showing off your gorgeous ladies!I thought I saw pistils on Durban Poison. Couldn't have been if you haven't flipped them yet. Your tent full of gorgeous green! Durban Poison is such a pretty lady. Tall, much biomass, vibrant green, lot's of branching, and very happy! NYC Diesel is so shopt comapred to DP, but a gorgeous lady just the same! I can't tell if Amnesia or G-13 are height adjusted, but G-13 overtook Amnesia for second tallest. Means everything is growing according to their genetic make-up. You do have a way to bring out the best features of each individual lady!!
So sorry to hear about your blood disease! I certainly hope your health problems can be correctly diagnosed correctly and treated fully so you can get back to living a comfortable life!! I just wish you could live a peaceful and happy life so we could see that sparkling personality come back. Happy Smokin'

Plants are looking green and happy. I'm glad that you have some answers regarding your health Krissi, and I hope it all gets better managed and you feel a hundred percent better.

I want to walk into the South African forest and pick my own true Durban seed, I'm so impressed with this gal.

Do you think that's why? Cross breeding? I've had strains that show indica when a sativa and vice versa before but I didn't think it had anything to do with breeding. Hmmm....

Sounds absolutely stellar!

I was wondering where you got that from

Maybe one for you next Clover?!

So hello guys and gals, sorry it's been a few days since I've given an update. I did upload some pics over the last 3 days though so you guys won't be behind.

Went to my new oncologist yesterday who gave me a new diagnosis of Polycythemia Vera which ironically, is something that was discussed a year and a half ago with not my first oncologist but my rheumatologist. Said my CEA over 10 shows systemic disease of some kind and promised he would find it. I got approval for my CT scans with contrast and I have to call and set that up for next week. Tomorrow, more blood work...so used to it now..tonight, sleep study-at home throw away device, just have to pick it up from the hospital this morning. So healthwise, we are looking like we are headed, finally, in a direction with answers!

Moving back to the plants though, it is up-pot week! The 4 girls are moving to their 5gl forever homes on Friday, I'll be picking up another couple bags of FFOF today to make it happen. Next Friday is FLIP day!!!! Holy moly how time flies when you're growing weed!

I am raising the light nearly every two days about 2 inches at a time to compensate for Uma's (Durban Poison) growth. With that said, I've had to prop up the other girls higher and be creative with what I had to do so. Using all the wood blocks I have plus some old bonsai pots. Moving forward, after FLIP day, we will be flipping over the 3 gls pots on their heads and using the wooden blocks to even out the canopy as best as I can with the girls at such different heights.

I have neglected doing some fun shots with my plants this grow thus far but I wanted to throw some in today.

I grabbed some individuals the other day but oh how we have grown since friends.

Couple pics of the mainline of Uma just cause

Some group shots over a couple days spread

Bringing us back to this morning where all systems are ready for flower launch come next week. These girls are going to take off in their forever homes!

Miss Blue Cheese believe it or not is probably a 1/4in taller...no new sets but is taller than she was weeks ago...I don't know if I would say that's progress or what being she has a really short shelf life right now. Either way, she is outside, still. Through hot, through lack of humidity, through crazy storms and all.

Which leads me to touch on our soon to be outdoors Bubblegum Auto. Just wanted to note that I have intentions on moving her to her 3gl home come Tuesday at 14 days above ground and letting her go outside for the remainder of her time with us!

The girls are being fed all different days, as they are drinking at all different speeds. Durban was fed on Sunday, G-13 Monday, Amnesia yesterday and today I'll feed our NYC Diesel. Tomorrow it will be time for a 2:1 silica-weeks 3/4 veg mix for Uma again and so the cycle will continue.

Other than that I have no more fun info for you. Baby has been up since 330 so it was a shitty sleep day for me. He's next to me on his tablet but I've got to get going to make him some breakfast cause we have been up a while now.

I can't promise I'll be back on with enough time today to get to messages but I will try as my main attempt is to get through some more journals again before night's end as I don't want to fall too many pages behind and still have some other journals to start from square one. This catching up game has certainly been taking longer than expected but this forum is just chock full of so many grows and interesting and fun reads, it's nearly impossible not to fall behind-not to mention after catching up from 5 months of being gone.

But that's all I'll stop rambling and leave you to your grows. Have a fantastic grow day friends!
Ya I remember mornings like that so far my boy has been getting a bit better with it but Julia tells me the kids are up as soon as I’m the door lmao. I love your plants they look amazing! And propping stuff up is always fun think of it as a circus act gotta get them all to work together!

Very beautiful good job you're an awesome grower...

Your garden looks great as usual Jersey although I think 🤔 your Durban will be wanting her own tent before it’s done. lol Fingers crossed on your health concerns my little Italian robe 👘 buddy. I’m puffing on my own supply this morning. Even though it tastes like lawn clippings and it’s rough on the throat it hits hard as hell but once it’s cured it’ll be amazing. CL🍀.:hookah::cheesygrinsmiley:
Love you Clover you're a funny Irish robed man, you know that? How's your lawn clippings? Any better now that they are cured another week?
Highya Krissi,

I'm glad you stopped in for a visit, and showing off your gorgeous ladies!I thought I saw pistils on Durban Poison. Couldn't have been if you haven't flipped them yet.
Hiiii Bode! Hope this week has been treating you well, been busy here with doc appointments, relationship counseling, pre-school orientation, birthdays, transplants and the rest of this busy life we lead! No pistils, at least not quite yet-flower flip is coming on Friday!
Your tent full of gorgeous green! Durban Poison is such a pretty lady. Tall, much biomass, vibrant green, lot's of branching, and very happy!
Durban is going to be interesting to fit in this tent, she is massive- 17 inches taller than our NYC Diesel, in fact. Now granted we know the NYC is a indica type grow, short and stout but still!

Everyone is propped except Durban. NYC is the shortest followed by G-13, Amnesia has her by like an inch or less. They are neck and neck those two.
Means everything is growing according to their genetic make-up. You do have a way to bring out the best features of each individual lady!!
I certainly am trying my best. I truly think this is the healthiest grow thus far, no hiccups to mention no need to adjust nutes...
So sorry to hear about your blood disease! I certainly hope your health problems can be correctly diagnosed correctly and treated fully so you can get back to living a comfortable life!! I just wish you could live a peaceful and happy life so we could see that sparkling personality come back. Happy Smokin'
No worries Bode, I know with everything I havent been on as often as you have been used to seeing me in the past but its all about self preservation. Balance and homeostasis. I dont mean to be or seem distant or like popcorn just appearing and disappearing some days but its relative to how I need to manage all of this. The blood disorder is manageable, just have to watch over time for progression to Leukemia. The CT scans Monday-can you guys believe it, Monday! After dealing with this since Dec 2020, all it takes is one trip to a nee oncologist and another tumor marker and some liver enzymes to be off key and low and behold, they got me approved and in for these scans in less than a week from my original appointment. Unbelievable. Looking for answers as a CEA of 10.3 where I stand, jumping 2 points in only a month (prior to now, it took me body a year and a half to go up 2 points) is usually is a sign of extensive disease but I am so optimistic that we are going to figure this out finally come Monday and whatever it is, we will manage it.
Thanks for being a constant support and cheerleader. I appreciate you
Plants are looking green and happy. I'm glad that you have some answers regarding your health Krissi, and I hope it all gets better managed and you feel a hundred percent better.
Thanks so much Carmen, just been so long without answers or a way to get them. This is wonderful news, just news in general! As for the plants, I'm loving the love and light they bring to my life. Therapeutic is such an understatement
Ya I remember mornings like that so far my boy has been getting a bit better with it but Julia tells me the kids are up as soon as I’m the door lmao.
This week he has been really into his balls. Asking all about them. Worried if he goes outside naked the sun will burn his balls and they will melt. He told me he has to wear pants when he is outside and also that his balls are super strong and not to worry about them....lmao
I love your plants they look amazing! And propping stuff up is always fun think of it as a circus act gotta get them all to work together!
Propping is half the fun!! Thanks for the green love 12!
Very beautiful good job you're an awesome grower...
Marcus, thank you for that, makes me smile on the inside. I really do just try to connect with them as best as I can and let them provide for me.

So guys I've been gone a few days and we transplanted yesterday! Today is Days 37/38/39 for the crew and next Friday as discussed, is FLIP DAY! Uma will be 45 days old and the others, 43/44. Can't wait any longer for vertical sake. Gonna be interesting how I'm going to continue to prop come flower stretch with the Durban. I'll make it work, always do.....

So I figured it would be easier for me to do this in pictures, bringing you guys up to speed. So first let's look at some shots from prior to transplant.
This includes our Bubblegum Auto

Moving onward, let's review real quick my soil amendments:

FFOF soil in 5gl water reserve pots receive the following

-1.5 c Bone Meal
-1.5 c Earthworm Castings
-1 c Seabird Guano
-1 c Bat Guano
-1 c Epsom Salt
-1/4 c @DYNOMYCO spread through medium
-1tbsp @DYNOMYCO In transplant hole

Here are some pre tranplant photos of Uma, our DP, she is the fan favorite so I figured I would give the fans what they want and more of her....

These were some group shots of the girls prior to up-potting

We have a couple individuals of Marilyn and Angelina pre transplant as well

We have some post photos of the transplants and some in process. One of the following photos shows Durban up potted and Amnesia awaiting her transplant next to the 5 gl pot she will be moved into. I did this to show the size difference of the pots

As we continue on, the root pics are always welcomed in a transplant post so here we go with those

I took some photos after all were up-potted and I evened out the canopy as best as I could with books and blocks and bonsai pots and 3 gl pots lol

Lastly before I embark on the rest of my busy Saturday here at the house and around town, some checking in photos that were taken this morning-just making sure no one was stressed or in transplant shock. And we are all systems go here. Bubblegum will move outdoors Tuesday at 14 days, think she will be recovered from her tranplant and at 14 days for an auto, she's like a teenager by then so the transition outdoors should be an easy one. Just have to figure out watering and feed schedules and/or how that all will work.

But again, these are the last of today's photos and will finish up this journal entry. Until I can get back on again and catch up on journals and messages, I leave you guys with these photos.

Sunday I'll be researching some fungi info for the new forum so I'll be busy with that but I'll be back on Monday evening or Tuesday after the CT scans and you can see whatever insight I grab on the fungi topic in the Medicinal Fungi threads, if you are at all interested, prior to that.

Thanks again for all the grow love, have a fantastic day!

Highya Krissi,

Great job all around!! All ladies are looking superb! Very nice green and healthy looking! Before and after transplant! Btw, very nice job with the transplants. They didn't seem to miss a beat. And those roots! No wonder the topsides look so nice. Everyone looks so gorgeous!!

I know you're balancing your life a delicately as you can. You're doing a great job all around! Hopefully hubby will come around. Everyone should have peace in their life! Stress will run one down if left untamed. Well, I don't want to take up any more of your time, so I'll close this with Happy Smokin'

Beautiful work as usual Jersey, and about my GT buds. It’s just some of the little stuff that wouldn’t have grown to much so it’s just dried out without any cure. Still gets ya high as 💩. Fingers crossed 🤞 about the health concerns. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Great job! Plants are looking beautiful. I hope you have a great weekend.
Hi doll! Thanks so much, hope your weekend is going wonderful and you're not working too hard!! I was over on your thread the other day, I'll be in and out next few weeks just browsing and catching up and seeing all that beauty.
Time to pickle up some of these green dubies. You got any in the jar yet Krissi
I've been making salads like crazy, including tomato cucumber salad. Cucumber sushi rolls, you name it. Pickles are next!!! I usually do a bread and butter and a Dill. They truly are soooo good Brew, thanks so much for these seeds!!! Everyone says it's their favorite kind of cucumber!

Hiiiya Bode! Thank you! It's the @DYNOMYCO ...making those roots super strong and healthy and abundant!! So many avenues for transport!
I know you're balancing your life a delicately as you can. You're doing a great job all around! Hopefully hubby will come around. Everyone should have peace in their life! Peace comes to me in a form of acceptance and I'm almost there again...just being stubborn and over it but I'm working on it!!!
Amazing update. I feel like I had a full meal.
Hahaha I felt full after I wrote it
Plants are on the top of the top. Healthy as it can be.
I really am so pleased with this grow, other than the Sour G fiasco and our Blue cheese Auto stunting out, these other 4 are WINNING.
Wow and that Durban wants to take over the tent space.
She does want the ENTIRE tent. 100%
I have a thing for NYC diesel too.

Nice work :byebye:
Thanks so much Dani, appreciate having you here...that Diesel though...FIRE!!!
Krissi you have beautiful plants. :thumb: :goodjob:
Hi there Keith! Your grow is looking beautiful, too! We are going to flower together, at least for a little while!
Great job krissi! Look forward to your posts and healthy plants. Also glad to hear you are getting somewhere with your doctors, im sure everything will work out in the end.
How's the little outside blueberry?
Oh Gid, always a pleasure to see your name pop up! Definitely a load off with the doctor, I don't care what it is so long as I have answers! As for the plants, thanks so much-they are doing their thing for sure! I'm grateful! Miss Blue Cheese is still out there standing idk how tbh with you.

Beautiful work as usual Jersey,
Spanks broski with the mosti
and about my GT buds. It’s just some of the little stuff that wouldn’t have grown to much so it’s just dried out without any cure. Still gets ya high as 💩.
Eh I do the same come sample time. I dont leave much larf anymore with pruning the way I've learned to but it is still there and to me, larf=samples
Fingers crossed 🤞 about the health concerns. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:
Much love Clover, thank you for the good juju :peace: :Namaste::circle-of-love:

So guys I just wanted to come in here and respond and not take 5 days to do it lol

Obviously nothing crazy has happened since yesterday, with then being fed and the light adjusted and the tent cleaned during transplant day, not much else to note on the grow currently.

Did want to remind everyone we have been on 45% on the @Mars Hydro FC4800 for a month now, light is 16 inches from the canopy (depending what time of day it is as Uma grows like a weed or something hahaha).

I will begin using Big Data in the Prescription Blend system come the feed following Flip. So I flip to flower Friday and the next feed will then have Big Data. Followed by in 3 weeks post flip, we will start using Humboldt's Flower Stacker at 2ml p gl to start before finishing at 7-8. It is used weekly throughout the duration of flower and I put it right in there with the Silica so all Silica Water Feeds are also mixed with Stacker. To boot, i use Cal-Mag once a week come flower Week 2. At this juncture, there is not a day that goes by where some kind of nutrient isn't in the mix during this developmental stage.

Umm what else....oh yea, I didn't do a focus plant of the day per say but I did look up some old pics of my first G-13. Her name was G and she was featured on my Parfactworks Grow which bled into and transitioned to my Amazon FC4800 grow-which was my first grow using the 4800 and Prescription Blend. This grow took place in the fall-winter of 2021.

So again, here's some of G in early to mid flower and a couple nug shots. She was a robust and resinous plant and this one is growing the EXACT same way as her older sister.

My growing has gotten better since then, that was my 2nd grow ever and 1st grow with photoperiods! Ironically we have the 2 that were in my first photoperiod grows, going now, in Amnesia and G-13. Hopefully I can capitalize on my new found grow education and make this grow super duper special!!

Closing out just a few shots I grabbed of the girls this morning, including Miss Bubblegum. We are PRAYING hard, this tent is quite happy!

Flip to Flower in 5 days! How excited are you, cause I'm sooooooo flipping stoked! It's been so long since I've had a girl in flower! Woo-hoo! Catch you guys around the forum! Happy Grow Sunday!

Hi doll! Thanks so much, hope your weekend is going wonderful and you're not working too hard!! I was over on your thread the other day, I'll be in and out next few weeks just browsing and catching up and seeing all that beauty.

Appreciate that! Thank you so much!!

Hiiiya Bode! Thank you! It's the @DYNOMYCO ...making those roots super strong and healthy and abundant!! So many avenues for transport!

Peace comes to me in a form of acceptance and I'm almost there again...just being stubborn and over it but I'm working on it!!!

Hahaha I felt full after I wrote it

I really am so pleased with this grow, other than the Sour G fiasco and our Blue cheese Auto stunting out, these other 4 are WINNING.

She does want the ENTIRE tent. 100%

Thanks so much Dani, appreciate having you here...that Diesel though...FIRE!!!

Hi there Keith! Your grow is looking beautiful, too! We are going to flower together, at least for a little while!

You know that Durban is going to into hyper mode when you crank up your light to 100%. This is going to be fun to watch and I’m in for the duration Jersey Girl. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

If she only doubles in height we are looking at 62 inches. @Dutch Passion Seeds says 2-3x. If we go even to 2.5, look for contortionist jobs for Uma on the traveling circus near you. We'd be a hit. Love having you along, Clover.

Send me here in 30 years, please....

So guys just wanted to come in and update quickly today, I hate that it seems like I'm not all in like I was last year on my posts, like I said, just trying to balance it all! I promise to provide my usual in depth strain specific posts regularly come flower as we transition to daily Plant of the Days that always come chock full of strain information and past photos of I have any of grows and buds.

Today I ask you all for a little juju, a prayer, good vibes, a good word with the good Lord, whatever you fancy....today is my CT scans and today is the day I've been waiting for since Dec 2020 for finite answers to my health issues. I've got to drink that nasty banana smoothie and stay positive, your help would be greatly appreciated in doing so.

These shots are nothing crazy, just some tent shots from up higher and the side to show the praying canopy. Have Bubblegum in there, too, we will be naming her tomorrow when I post of her move outdoors. They will be fed again tomorrow, 4 days since transplant, as pots are drying out-especially Uma's......

Other than that, that's all I got oh yea and I broke my damn bong I just reviewed...maybe @Smoking Outlet will be kind enough to replace it for my dunce self. Broke it twice mind you, dropped it last week and hot glued it then dropped it again and it broke in the same spot but worse and to a point I can't fix it as I'm missing a small piece of glass.....ugh...can't win!

1000016762.jpg

Have a great grow day everyone and I'll catch you back in your journals!

Highya Krissi,

Your canopy looks great. Very even, very green and very healthy looking! They love what you're doing for them!

Julie has to take the barium drink for a contrast on the MRI machine. She's been all through that as well! Yes I'm praying you find the true nature of your health so they'll know how to fix whatever's wrong. You need that! Happy Smokin'
