DWC - Drip Irrigation Scrog 2400W

hey guys

im sorry if this annoys people but im so fed up of people saying this doesnt work or how can that work without having tried it. i been on few threads recently where people are jumping in with knowledge that they dont have as they havent tried what the topic is about. it makes me so angry to be told i and others are wrong because they read it in a fucking book.. and also they will try it once and if it doesnt work we are wrong. hey im all for freedom of speech and we learn on this community by sharing of knowledge and ideas but to put it in english there are some ignorant wankers on here with no open mindedness. to all the guys who follow me, u are all cool and its directed to no one in this journal. i appreciate and respect u guys and i would say if i didnt...... i guess i just had to vent my stress to those who arent willing to evolve and learn. respect is only mutual if it works both ways. peace friends.

ps to those of u who think i full of shit, i prob grown more in one round than u have in ur life.

if some one has done like for like and knows their shit and has constructive shit to say then that is mint, im all for it. when a fucking dickhead read a book and says jorges cervantes (no dis to him) said otherwise they can jog on. i swear there are some right nuggets on here. but then there are alot of good people too and i dont want people to not voice their opinion, i just want people to learn their facts properly before opening their dumb mouths. when people are doing well and being told their yields are shit or this or that is wrong without saying why they said such things, that boils my piss. im going to leave it at that tonight cos im pissed off and i dont want to fill this journal with anger. i want u guys to read it, learn it or suggest what im doing wrong. just dont tell me i know jack shit cos that might make me mad raaaarrrrrrrrrrrr. lol
 
hey c i seen where you wished you would have scrogged. a guy named drue west does scrogg with 1 lb dried. you have the equipment to do what he does. since reading the book i only scrogg now nothing to his magnitude but check him out and see if it looks good. he had a book but only online now titled west coast masters
 
Its getting hot over here! Hehe... I can't say that I have grown more than you because I've only been participating in this hobby for 5 years now and only hobby sized grows. There is endless ways to grow and to say that one way is definitely better than the rest, or to say that a particular technique does not work without first hand experience is just immature and narrow minded. I do respect your opinion and enjoy the knowledge your supplying for the rest of us.

Don't let people bother you, some people will always only see their side without even trying to get their head round what you are saying, there not worth the bother m8. I should know I fought one for years until I divorced her ass. :)

anyway back to this awesome thread, another question comes to mind for me. If I were to say be using 4 oxypots in a small area, how would someone manage to change out water/nutes etc if they were doing a SCROG? with it all pressed under the screen I'm guessing you're bolloxed.

I know how you feel with close minded people. My family doesn't even think about growing indoors. Its chivalry and tradition to them but to people like us, it's hard headed, close minded bull shit. If it works, do that shit. Not to mention, different applications for different circumstances and purposes.

it wasnt u that pissed me off mate. i mean dont get me wrong i sometimes feel u preached a little without showing what u are doing but now u are journalling we can see what u know and how u do it. i sometimes get annoyed when people have alot to say when they arent backing it up. not that what u have said is right or wrong, its just the way i feel.

Im not going to start saying this member or that member in particular pisses me off because i dont want to create an enviroment where people dont want to participate in my threads. but theres just been a few times recently where people are attacking others methods, rightly or wrongly, to say this wont work and that wont work as a fact when they havent tried these methods. If people are having success by their methods and are sharing their grows for people to see then people should be respectful of that. If someon thinks something isnt right or has a different view on the topic thats great but dont tell people flat right out that they are wrong.

There are alot of great growers in this community, hardcore commercial growers, closet growers, first time growers, longtime growers, soil and hydro growers and for the most part everyone brings something to the table. whether its helping others or allowing themselves to learn with an open mind thats what this forum is about, not stating who is best and worst. I myself clearly have strong views on how i grow but i also frequently try new things, i wont put someone down if i think they are doing something wrong, i will ask why they do that and try to understand how or why it may or may not work. I also hold my hands up when i dont know an answer too, alot of guys will try answer with knowledge they dont have, its easier to say u dont know and try help find the answer out.

Thats my rant over. I have got my thoughts off my chest. Now lets get back to growing weed!

Just to be completely clear, i wasnt ranting about 1 individual, its the culmination of a few over a period of time. Be nice for them to be a little bit more open minded.

hey mate

I know how to scrog, i just didnt really have a timescale to set it away. It would have helped alot for this grow, i have absolutely no support for the branches in at all and its causing a nightmare. Total amateur mistake. i will be working today to fix it, i should have just put some twine through to start. Thanks for the heads up though.

with 4 u could do it but it would be tricky changing buckets. better to run a system. Thats one of the reasons i changed my mind about the scrog for this run. They are empying their res's in just over 2 days now so its alot of work but there are benefits to single buckets such as, easier to keep res temps down, if one plant gets sick it doesnt contaminate others and the ability to move them around freely. Be easier if the screen had a little play so it wouldnt snap branches when changing out. but i def think a system best for that method, when growing hydro anyway.
 
haha ur right mate. by the way hows the weather down under? its pissing down and cold here lol. my partners from the gold coast and my kids have dual nationality but i still having visa troubles. would love to live there one day. the ozzy government has it switched on where alot of things are wrong here, immigration being one of them. man, sunshine and beaches and mountain biking in the outback, i wish! u seen kogs vids on youtube? he's one eccentric ozzy grower, but his crops and skills are pretty good even if his face being all over the net kind of puts him out their for the law.
 
Mate its summer here so weather is pretty damn good at the moment. Be good if you got a visa sorted. You right about some of our social policies. I just hope they dont drop the bundle with immigration! I think the UK has proved an open door spells f'kin trouble for the country and its citizens. Have to check out kogs as i never heard of him.
