Well it was a
mission. Took the entire day up. My original pilot spot had been visited by the timber workers, so I had to haul out and reset everything.
Not easy, everything went in with as small of footprint and size as possible, but came out mostly assembled.
I doubt the workers would see, however their encroachment and unknown length of time they would be there means its a bit hard to judge when is ok to go.
They might not even work that area and were only doing thinning work, remains to be seen.
So shifted everything and set in, went back home then back with more ties and water. Wiped everything down, and went to task on the camo work. Pretty decent job in the end, seems a shame not to put pics up. They looked so little out there. And yet they do not blend in.....No doubt the damn marsupials will have moved in by the time I return.
Will go back this weekend to the flowering area and set up watering. Solar this time, feels so 2022, will be a god send if it works. Everything looks great in theory, test, re-test, checks on pressure, head, and flow, but it cant possibly go till harvest without some spanner in the works, mark my words.
Should it work as intended they could be left up to a fortnight, and longer if water storage res was bigger. Just dont want to go too crazy with size, whatever goes in has to come out. They have and will do flights in the area, but its more about respecting the natural space.
2 stayed here at home, Ill give them a bit of time to decide their fate. Might try a bit of cloning for experience sake.
