Dutchman's Auto Quads Vs LST With A Critical+2.0 Twist!

The Criticals are looking great!:thumb:

Thanks beez I’m very pleased with them and they have been good for training!

Great job on the getting her back on track and the light defol! I think it's time to get some leaf tucking and maybe some side-tying on the LST CCA2. There's lowers in there that want to see the lights!

Will do Shed! I was planning to get in there once they were all perky and happy to spread them all out. PEa1 also needs a good spread she’s getting big now and the 4 inner branches need to be tied down. PEa2 is stretching I have noticed now and she will be tied down again as well!

Critical+2.0
Day - 59

Jan.18
hello everybody! It’s time for another update! I’ll keep this short and sweet today as tomorrow’s update will be a bit lengthy with some training to be done. New tying and supports for the little ones and some talk about nute transitioning for the Autoflowers.

Alrighty diving into things... all of the Autos are doing great now under the 2x new SP-150’s and I must admit the clarity of colours on the plants is phenomenal! I love seeing the vibrant greens and bright new white pistils!
I hope I get some good colours coming through on these girls cause man will it be a pretty sight!

As you can see above PEa2 got a head start on training today as she has actually been stretching a these past few days even with the little bit of light stress she underwent. Tons of new pistils and healthy growth that I’ll get some good photos of tomorrow during training!

Moving onto the critical girls! They will be needing another water/feed tomorrow and Sunday they will be flipped to 12/12! I can’t wait!:yahoo: During the feeding tomorrow I will adjust the ties make sure everything is ready for the stretch and then let them go!

Well that about sums up this update!
Thanks for joining me yet again and stay medicated my lovely friends!

Hey Homer,

Those are indeed the lights! I didn’t think they would be quite as strong but after starting them at 22” and having to continually raise to 30” until they started perking up proved that to me. I will be starting them at 30” for all future grows and moving closer over time to reach the best height

Hey man, I'm gonna jump in here and follow along if you don't mind. I just read your journal from the beginning and I gotta say bro you put together one nice piece of work. The way you explain everything and go into detail makes for a enjoyable read. Also the labels on the pictures are top notch. I don't have much going on in my journal yet but if you get time and wanna check it out I'd love to know what you think.

Grab a blunt find a seat and enjoy yourself! Any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

I have a hunch it was something else or just an anomaly. I'm a big fan of Mars and use two of their lights, but that light is a 134w draw. You should be able to get that something like 6" from a mature plant without any adverse effects, as long as heat isn't an issue. At 18" away, it's only 387 uMols directly under that light. They can take a lot more than that! The Reflector 144's I use are 873 umols at 18" under the light.

That is a great veg light and, as with all new seedlings/clones, I'd start the light high and lower it as you see no signs of stress. As a flower light, again, if heat isn't an issue, it can literally be less than a foot from the plant and that 6" number I tossed out earlier is probably pretty accurate! :Namaste:

Thanks Krip! I’m definitely going to be lowering them closer now over the upcoming week daily an inch or 2 starting tomorrow but today they just got tied down and bent over as you will see coming up!

I’m not sur what it is that caused the problem but the only thing that changed in their grow environment was the lighting so I have no clue! All I know is they are all much happier now and absolutely loving these new lights!!

Are you talking about those new Mars lights? The price isn’t bad if they preform decent...
