Hey @multiVortex i had to order the 12x pack as well but wasn’t really an issue for me since I’m using majority of them!
You can buy the smaller square caps individually but they are more $
I also didn’t bother with the “wicking” pad ring for under my collars. I didn’t think it was necessary and so far I’m correct! They are working their magic without the wicking pads so I’m sticking to running without them!
If you decide to pull the trigger you won’t be disappointed you did! It’s been such an amazing upgrade and worth the efforts and money!

Whats goin on everyone! I hope your all well and enjoying the week so far.
Quick update this evening with some photos to go along with it!
IHG girls are doing fantastic happily growing and quickly at that. The branch I accidentally broke the other day that I really didn’t think was going to make it but to my surprise I noticed some new growth coming in! I removed the couple dead leaves surrounding it to expose the growth tip to light! It looks like it won’t be a triline after all and should be growing back strong in a few days.
Then a quick check over to the 4x4! A few photos of some buds to start.
So this week these girls are in Week 4 of flower/flip which means it’s time to introduce BudExplosion from @GreenleafNutr to the mix! It is a PK booster which I’ll be adding in and paying close attention with. I’ll be watching my girls over the next few days to make sure they respond well to it without any problems. If all goes as planned I’ll be increasing next week and continuing it until the end of Week 6.
I’ll be adding it in at .5g/Gal for this weeks feed and then increasing to 1.0g/Gal for weeks 5 and 6. I will then be stopping it entirely for the remainder of the grow until harvest. I know @MrSauga used it on a few of his ladies with good results so hopefully I can mimic that!
ROOT PORN!
Going to be transplanting a few of these this week for sure with roots popping out like this! So as I was looking at these roots and thinking about my cloner I decided I wanted to make a new bigger version! With my license increased to 50 plants I’ll be running more clones now and on a more regular basis. This will also allow me to have my 9x cuttings for the flower tent as well as any additional clones from mothers or from future Pheno hunts. So I went ahead and got everything together for a new bigger bubble cloner.
I’ll be posting a step by step build and tutorial including a video tomorrow! Lots of photos to come so don’t miss it!

So my apologies everyone I was trying to get the new. Bubble cloner tutorial and build video up here but I’m still waiting for my air pump to arrive! As soon as it’s here I’ll be getting it finalized and finishing the edits of the video!

Hey SQ welcome my friend!
I love MegaCrop and have been dialing it in since I got it. It’s a simple feeding method that works fantastic for these lovely ladies!
This week is the first week where I introduced Bud Explosion. Yesterday I filled my reservoir (10Gal) with 6.00g/Gal of MegaCrop and .5g/Gal of Bud Explosion.
I checked on the ladies this morning and they are all doing fantastic so I’ll be continuing this feed until Saturday at reservoir change where I’ll be bumping it up to 1.00g/Gal of BudExplosion!

What’s up gang! So as promised I’ve got some things to share and some pictures as well so..... here we go!
First I’ll start with the 2x2 where I’ve got the Maple Cookies fem and the 2x CBD Blue Shark. They are doing great and today is Flip/Flower Day-13
Then a few photos from the 4x4 to keep things really exciting and frosty!
This Pheno #3 of my GG#4 girls has caught my eye early on! She’s got something special about her and I’m really looking forward to seeing her in a few weeks time!
Then finally let’s turn things up a bit, with a very brightnew addition to the grow room!

This beautiful 250W Fully Dimmable unit was sent over to me by Justin @Budget LED to put to work in my 3x3 mother/clone tent and see what it can do! It is a 4000K spectrum for strictly strong vegetative growth. This light is designed with the LED boards side by side versus the traditional heatsink style (lengthwise). This design offers more even coverage for tents with equal length sides. Each kit utilizes 2 of their custom designed & full spectrum LED boards with Samsung LM301BThis unit is dimmable, with wattage output from 100 to 250 (+/- 5%) watts.
It has now replaced the 2x MarsHydro SP-150’s I had covering the tent.
Now the reason I replaced 2x lights with 1x light is for a few main reasons which are as follows:
•Main advantage is a veg specific spectrum with higher PPE. Many people focus on watts alone. However, there is another factor that also needs to be considered - driver loss. A light may pull 300 watts from the wall but could have a 15% loss rate making it 255 watts to the leds.
•Also the SP-150 only draw ~136W from the wall which gave me roughly 272W. But they also use a lower quality driver and epistar diodes compared to the 250W kit which is truly 250W utilizing the highest grade Samsung diodes. Ive seen impeccable growth in my growbox and 4x4 flower tent utilizing the upgraded LEDs and the performance is definitely noticeable!
I’ll get a true feel for the new 250W kit over the next month and do a follow up review based on my experience as well as the 500W kit at the end of this flowering round!

Then a few more photos from the mother tent. I have been downsizing my mothers to try and maximize my space for more plants! So far things are going well and all new mothers have taken foot and begun to grow.

Nice light! I'm curious what the advantage is of 250 watts over the 300 watts that were in there before?
