If I only supply commercial growers, I don't really need much in the way of labels. But if I retail or sell online, the labels are all important. Mind you, they don't actually reflect what's in the product so much as what is allowed to be put on the label.

In the semi-recent past, there have been various companies who have sold chemical PGR's without disclosing them, and supposedly "organic" stuff is actually toxic with heavy metals, etc.

We've got to provide HM assay's, etc. It's not just cannabis....it's anything related to growing something not grown by corporate farming.

I have nice property in Uruguay and a nice group of friends there....so we're moving. 2- 3 years...maybe sooner.

If these labels won't work, we'll just restart the company in Nevada.

So commercial growing can get away with less because why, less individuals see the labels? So they had no problem with the word magic but microbes was an issue, am I correct in rephrasing what you posted earlier? Does the lady have a say in this or is she following a guideline? You must be hitting the paki more than usual to keep your patience with these people.

Sounds like a nice plan with that move down south! Never been but I hear it's beautiful. My family and I are all from Nevada, sin city to be specific. I really am not a fan of that town but I'll be back there in Jan like I mentioned to you before. Grams has been.... not so good the last year. Since my lease is up at the end of Dec I thought it a good time to head west. Spend time with here and the fan for a bit. Meet a group of MGs and then see where that takes me ..

morning Hook...nah , i was stressed to the max last week for about three days ....i don't handle it very well , obviously. I am off work again today , so for me to take more than one day off work ..it must be bad. This is a full blown flu i have with ALL the symptoms. The Ginger and Panax Ginseng are helping me cope , for sure! I could 'nt even have my boys for supper last night (scheduled for every Wed)i was just too sick. Anyhow , i hope none of you's get this flu ..it's a very bad one. Thanks for filling in my journal and keeping it going with interesting chat all you guys....i'm just too sick to add to the chat ! Duggs.....
 
Doogs my man, I hope you feel better soon bud, the flu sucks we all know that!! Do yourself justice and get the rest you need to get well!! Take care bud!!!

Seven...not so bad when ya got someone..helping ,..with life. My issues are so minor , it's stupid to even talk about it,...with all the hardship going on around us. We should all feel fortunate.Thanks for droppin by 7.

Cheers Stank , absolutely , ....got 13 hrs. sleep last night..about 75% of that was the good kind,...i think..LOL

...just something that this dude figgered' would be the cure for flu and now being marketed for aches and pains and other body ailments without being scientifically proven and diluted to the extent that any active ingredient is almost or non existent...the best cure for the flu is time...getting plenty of rest and keeping yerself' hydrated...IMHO...sounds like Yer' on the mend...hope Ya' don't need a note...that's just silly, and a waste of time and money...cheerz...h00k...:Hookah:

Ya Ziggs...you know i love CW. It's very pricey to get the pure stuff though. It's a treat for me ...just like Rib Eye's are!
I'm off work again today , which makes 3 days in a row i've had off. My work will , no doubt ask for a doctor's note. No probs..feel good enough today to get to the doctor for that note (20 dollar fee)and get out of this house ...first time since Tuesday! Got my boys this weekend but feel much better this morning. Chest has loosened up and is now coming OUT! GET OUT OF ME FLU!!! Worst flu i've had in yrs. Brutal !
Because i grow with the 'KIT" my plants are on cruise control. So nice not having to worry about them . They are doing very well in "bootcamp" and are very fastly approaching their 'flip' day! I'm thinking another week is all for them in Veg! Their footprint is almost how i like it and they have grabbed all the soil and leaves are showing some sheen. Would like to see a lil more thickening up , but one of the phenos is very lanky , so i've had to continually SC her to keep her under control. Hopefully she won't wanna take off when i flip them soon. One of the four looks like a completely different strain , with Indica looks all around ,..wider bladed leaves , shorter stature , slower growth , different colors etc. keeping this canopy level is a challenge ...but one that i enjoy and thanks to the pipe cleaners i like to use and promote keep the LSTing fun and very , very easy.

IN this business it's best to play as straight as possible. I could get into trouble, theoretically, if I did that.

We'll get this. It's just very frustrating. For example, it looks like if I change Growth Energy to "Growth Ionic Drench" we'll be fine. They didn't like the word "energy," but are fine with verbiage like, "increases electrical conductivity in the soil by supplying cations and anions." But I can't say "energy."

Also, I can't mention a word about microbes on the labels unless I re-register the product in a completely different way for a ton of money, etc.

But "Magic" is cool. I could label everything as magical potions and we'd be fine.....
