I remember exactly where I was when it happened. That entire day was eventful for me. Man how time flies.

I was stationed out in Southern California at the time. I had just gotten back from a deployment about 7 months before that. I heard about it driving to the base that morning (I don't watch TV in the morning...so didn't know anything was going on) and happened to eject a CD I was listening to at the time. In a brief moment, I heard Howard Stern scream out "its falling! OMG its coming down!". I was totally lost trying to figure out what the freaking hell he was screaming frantically about. Took about 2 or 3 minutes for me to piece what happened together enough to realize what was going on. I was shocked...I pulled off I-15 and pulled over in shock, just listening.

I knew what it meant to me....get ready to start packing your shit again, you are going back over there....again. Spent a lot of my life over in that area, more than 4+ years in that freaking shit hole. I still get mad as hell around this time of the year.
 
VS, a heart felt thank you for your service and no, I see why you get mad as hell around this time of year....I see a lot of programs on tonite about the event, but it is too painful for me to watch....I remember that moment exactly, like I remember the day JFK got snuffed out...momentous occasions that have changed me and all of us in general....Namaste, my friend, and I thank you again for your huge sacrifice for our country!

Evenin to ya's all! Ok,..was just over at Doc's place sayin this. I just received an order i placed with DBHBB on Sept 5. It was shipped the same friggen day and i'm lookin at all the stuff right now. Pretty good international shipping eh...damn straight gang!
Anyhow , nice to see a few of ya's hangin around ...Buck , you sound better today ..glad to see my brotha! You guys should see the four DC's. after that GE Drench they got last night ...yowza ! I have to say again...that was the very first Drench they have gotten since birth...:blunt:.......yup,..you heard me gang! They are taking off after going 11 days without anything,..building roots , they were....:surf: They have some thickening up to do ,..but look promising , for sure.

I literally just smoked an entire joint of it and I am definately high lol. It feels as if my arms are not connected to my body and my hands are floating typing this. Kinda f*cking cool lol. I don't feel "impaired" in the head either, it's really clear. No stone to it to speak of right now.

Same here VS, I was on Recycle duty at Ft. Hood when I got a call from my mother saying we were attacked! Right after that we got called by out NCOs to form up at the motor pool. The entire post was locked down tight and has been ever since. I've spent to much time in Iraq and Afghanistan. I was the second wave in in 2003 after 3rd ID and saw what I hope to never see again but see far to often when I close my eyes. Those were the longest days of my life and I'm sure some of the longest of yours brother! I'm glad they are behind me... for the most part .
 
Geez, Mag, another that I must thank for your service....and I'll do that all day long, believe me....my family has a long history of military service so I am acutely aware of all that you sacrifice....we are so divided these days politically, yet I am watching the fund raising for the hurricane victims right now.....deep down we are a caring and loving nation, so sad it takes such a tragedy to show our real selves......
 
okay, sportsfans....tell me if this makes sense to you....my state's medical program has been in effect since 2008.....we are about to put legalization on the ballot for 2018....some bozo ex police robot/clone stepped in and is closing every dispensary in my state as of 12/15/17.

Are you fuggin; kidding me.....???? He threatens if they do not close down, they will not be considered a candidate for a commercial permit when we go legal...can you spell totally illegal and a violation of our rights....

I am ugly angry, please forgive me....:rollingeyes::rollingeyes:
