okay, sportsfans....tell me if this makes sense to you....my state's medical program has been in effect since 2008.....we are about to put legalization on the ballot for 2018....some bozo ex police robot/clone stepped in and is closing every dispensary in my state as of 12/15/17.

Are you fuggin; kidding me.....???? He threatens if they do not close down, they will not be considered a candidate for a commercial permit when we go legal...can you spell totally illegal and a violation of our rights....

I am ugly angry, please forgive me....

This is what government does. It's their job. They're regulators. You know the saying "when all you have is a hammer"?

It's not efficient to regulate thousands of small growers, so they'll rewrite any legislation to reduce the licensed grower to a few selected companies. And they have boilerplate legislation to adapt for it. They aren't interested in any "truth of the matter", they just have to get it to fit the gov't mold.

I've been watching this happen all over the country. If it gets into the hands of the State legislatures, they destroy it - no sense in anything they write. The good laws come from initiated measures, straight from the people, but even those are being corrupted. I still can't fathom the wisdom in banning home growers while legalizing cannabis. But these people aren't even interested in cannabis. They just have to make it fit the regulation laws that work for the government.

Very sad to watch. Boobs. We're told we should trust these people. No such thing I guess. We've turned our country over to boobs. Or maybe clowns is a better description. Who would make fools of themselves for a living? Heck, being a State legislator isn't even that lucrative. I'd need more money than that to act like an idiot all day.

Keep in mind we will still have the caregivers we won't be able to open dispensaries or grow hundreds of plants but we will still sell and trade amongst ourselves and the ones we decide to do business with.

The best way to fight back against this sort of thing is to GROW OUR OWN. In our own yards, houses, basements, etc. The best weed will always be valuable. We all need it.

This also keeps tax dollars away from the bastards.

You guys can't believe the total shit storm I"m in with CA right now over my labeling! It's INSANE. They know NOTHING about growing plants, how soil works, etc. But my labels have to fit their mold.....it's crazy.

I might have to change Growth Energy to "Growth," because they don't accept the idea that soil has energy! We tried to explain voltage, conductivity, the Earth Battery, Nernst Equations, the concept of electrical ground.....showed them papers from CA Universities.....but their official stance doesn't make room for the concept!

It's a label thing, Mag.

If I only supply commercial growers, I don't really need much in the way of labels. But if I retail or sell online, the labels are all important. Mind you, they don't actually reflect what's in the product so much as what is allowed to be put on the label.

In the semi-recent past, there have been various companies who have sold chemical PGR's without disclosing them, and supposedly "organic" stuff is actually toxic with heavy metals, etc.

We've got to provide HM assay's, etc. It's not just cannabis....it's anything related to growing something not grown by corporate farming.

I have nice property in Uruguay and a nice group of friends there....so we're moving. 2- 3 years...maybe sooner.

If these labels won't work, we'll just restart the company in Nevada.
