Growchy, is there a chance the gang and i could get you to drop the water growing.....and start in with Doc's gear?
There really is no better cannabis , than high brix . You would not be disapointed ,..and TBH , it's a way better way of growing , than with water. It's cool if ya wanna keep doin it that way ,..i get it bud. We all know change sucks sometimes.......just sayin....... Give it some thought would ya...
Ok,...all four girls got their second CD tonight, with 4 gal's. , each pot with Doc Bud's Cationic Drench , as well as his Tea.
Now i just sit back and watch the resin and size of colas get big and fat...muhahha...Did i say how much i love these two strains....the resin on the BCP is getting stupid,..just like Bucks. The one purple pheno of it is just crazy with resin....started really going nuts after that first CD, 6 days ago!I'l be sure to get a few pics of that one. The Star Pupil is basically getting bigger colas. Nice resin , but not like the BCP purple pheno.

Yes I absolutely want to grow with soil again. We are waiting to do that elsewhere though. What is this high brix you speak of? Is it like high brix gardens? I googled it and from what I read on their website I completely agree. Once we relocate I want to grow produce as well. Everything we put in our bodies is poison these days. We’re told to take things, even vitamins, eat our veggies and we’ll be healthy but it’s all poison, fertilizer, etc. Even the tap water where we are contains possible carcinogens so how can the medicine we’re trying to make be good for us when the process itself isn’t? Totally makes sense.

Yes, that's where the method comes from. Doc Bud is their cannabis rep/dealer. The Lab isn't in a friendly State so they don't want anything to do with it. You can learn all the basic knowledge from their produce gardening, but don't bother them directly about the herb.

Anyone know why sometimes, from the watched threads page, when I go to a watched thread it sends me back to the first post? And sometimes the right page but the first post on that page? Or why every now and then it actually takes me to where I left off?

Hey dj - I don’t know if this is exactly right for what’s happening for you, but if you’re up to date on a thread and you click the thread title (which will be not bold text, because you’re up to date) then it dumps you on the first page (I know, go figure, right? I raised i the ‘bugs & requests’ thread but others thought ther was a good reason for that, so I haven’t pursued it)

The way to get around this is, for threads you have read, don’t click on the title of the thread, click on the time of the latest post and it will take you to that post. (On a desktop PC, or large screen tablet or large phone, that is highlighted green on the right hand side. On a small phone - like my iPhone SE - it’s harder both to see and to click on, but you’ll find it below the thread title, it’s the last pice of info there.) Hope that’s relevant.

That only covers the first scenario you mention, I know. I can’t say why that second/third thing you say is happens inconsistently like that.

What's up duggs. Haha I bet I did 4-5 rescue drenches last run in veg. But I was way under feeding. Just doing 2ml of drench with 1.25 gal of water. But once I bumped up my dunking to 1 oz or more per 3 gal of water, all good now. My problem was I was doing my dunks individually, now I'm dunking 4-5 at a time. Big difference in veg now. Why I was only having problems in 1 gal pots

Feeding a bit more is good but watch it when you are in 3rd run soil ok! Its a bit different animal bud! Has more accumulated salts, much more humus , and is less tolerant with heavy feeds.
Just sayin ok.
Anyhow ...glad your feelin a lil better and your grow is fantastic my friend! Keep up the most awesome work Buck!

Great dialog about organic growing! Even though I don't use Doc's kit, I love hearing more and more people looking at growing in soil without synthetic nutes. I love not dealing with PPM and pH.

Ya eh Van....when i hear growers talking a lot of ph...nutes....and all the problems they have with their 'guessing game' grows...i just shake my head..and wonder what we/i have to do, to get them on to DBHBB where none of that stuff applies.

Lol growing cannabis has never been this complicated. I was born in the wrong era I think. To be this age in the 60’s when weed was universal and shared not treated like coke and meth and when growing involved more organic elements. I get the soil grow, hydroponics has been a big learning experience, definitely worth learning but I like getting nutrients from the earth rather than a bottle with colorful pictures. Lol @GrowchyzGardenOfGreen wait till you guys see what we do when we have a few acres and you’re always welcome to come over and enjoy it with us @Duggan @Van Stank @Ms Stank @Pennywise sorry if I forgot anyone I’m running a show here <3

To be this age in the 60’s when weed was universal and shared not treated like coke and meth and when growing involved more organic elements. I get the soil grow, hydroponics has been a big learning experience, definitely worth learning but I like getting nutrients from the earth rather than a bottle with colorful pictures. I’m in a perpetual state of bliss at the moment actually because I’m growing the best plants I ever have (so I’ve only grown twice before but still...). These girls just make me so happy - I love tending them and checking them for pests & bugs etc (outdoor so hands and eyes are some of my best weapons!) and I love just sitting and looking at them. Here’s a recent pic of my sources of joy (and I’m not even smokin em yet) - if it’s ok that I share here...
