I haven't posted much, but wanted to stop in and comment on your plants...DAYUM!!!

Hey Mr...great to have you around Gov.. Where ya bin ....ffs's....
hope things in the world are doing you well.
Thanks too about my plants this round. They still have a few weeks to go , they are getting very thick colas, and are loving our soil. Wanted to mention , for Neiko, he was askin,...hey bud, today is day 45 since flip and 33 since bloom start. The green pheno of the Black Cherry Punch smells exactly like those bottled , red , sweet cherries...what a hoot ...i find that so cool. I really only get to smell them during pruning , cuz the air flow draws away from me and the plants , so standing at the door i can't smell them. If i was able to stand , in the room and get between the filter and the plants , now then i would smell them.
Unfortunately , only one SP made it up , so i just , this morning planted a freshly, split seed of 'Purple Envy', so next grow will be two more BCP's...one SP, and the one PE. The BCP's are getting another round cuz of many things, very vigorous growth, loves our soil, showing no MG. shortages like the SP's are, smells divine, and i tried it in Jamaica with Neiko.. Lots of reasons to grow her again. Thanks again Neiko ...i'm jammin brotha!!

Those purple phenos are to die for absolutely beautiful almost cerise pink in some of the pics bet they smell devine . I'm from the UK and we're still stuck in the dark ages with these stiff upper lip government policies absolutely clueless the lot of them. Can't see it being legalised ere for a long time. But we'll carry on regardless. I've got a journal going on some in house genetics do-lato if you fancy jumping on board ..there only in seedling stage but coming on .anyways thanks for accommodating me in this great journal I'll stick around for a bit if you don't mind my friend

Hey there Duggs! I hope you're having a great afternoon. I had a question, and Doc is out service for a bit so I was wondering if you could help me out.
I transplanted my White Widow, and planted me a Panama seed by Ace. Then I noticed I am getting low on cooked soil. I only have enough for one more 7gal pot, I have been using the 7s cause I need the experience with the kit before I move up in size and the genetics I was running could not even fill a 7 gallon pot with roots.
So my question is this... What should I do here? I won't have enough to start a new seedling in as well as the 7 gal pot... Would it be advisable to just cook all the used soil and save the bit I have for topping off and such? Would it be a big deal to cook the soil with 7gals missing?

Evenin 119, hope you had/having a good weekend! I'm not 100% sure i understand the question. Start the seed in a one# gal,(DBHBB soil) , mixed with some straight ProMix,..if need be you can top off the new 7 with straight PM as well. Does that make sense? I always keep a bag of straight PM around for topping off my big pots and for starting new seeds in the one's#. Hope this helps but if not try the question again OK! Cheers.

When I started my Seeds in the 1 gal pots I also started a BATCH of soil,
its ready before I needed it to Up-Pot. Also I have cooked 1/2 a kit without
issue but I do beleive DB recomends the full kit be cooked all at the same time

Anyway, Gazoo nailed it cause I was pretty much asking if I could cook all but the 8 gallons of soil currently being used. But I could indeed cook only half.
I actually already trimmed, transplanted, watered, and flipped the White Widow. Also planted a Panama seed in this new pot ima try out. Sorry for the confusion and sorry for that mess up there Duggs... Guess I shoulda smoked a bit before posting.

I probably should order another bale, just sucks no one around here carries it so I have to order it.... much more expensive. They dont even have it ship to store here! Thanks guys!

Good morning 119 and gang!
I recomend cooking a whole batch of kit soil at a time. Unused soil does NOT go bad and can be used whenever needed in the future.
Just a lil update on my grow...i shaved an hour off their day yesterday...they are now on 11/13...with about 3 weeks left.
Colas are fattening up and looking presentable....

That's great Duggs! I had a feeling on the green one. The purples are very pretty but that cherry smell is crazy! I messaged In House on IG asking for tips on selecting "the" phenotype of BCP. I loved his response...."all of them" he said lol. He went on to say that his favorites aren't necessarily what someone else likes. Black Cherry Punch is at the top of his must have list out of all those strains he has. I just happened to be gifted a Platinum Gorilla keeper clone from them too. I have about 15 keepers now and every In House strain I try I have to keep it and replace something else.

Sorry I didn't get over here yesterday, I was dry trimming and jarring the Strawberry Blue and Orient Express. I'll be doing the same here shortly with the GDP, then the Amherst Sour Diesel is coming down.

Wish me luck.....I applied to be Territory Manager for an organic cannabis company that grows, sells and makes extracts. I need a career change and this would be a welcomed change. It's the only place you have to fail a drug test to get hired lmao!

Well TBH, I wasn’t expecting to need more soil and more products from Doc already... guess I just didn’t think this through last year when I started getting the HB stuff together. It’s getting expensive... have already had to buy more Tea and Transplant Drench, which I thought was supposed to be enough for 6, 7gal plants seed to harvest but it’s just not.
And now I need to figure out where the hell im supposed to cook another bail of soil... took me a while to find a good place to keep what I have now... ugh. This kinda stuff makes growing no fun sometimes.

Needless to say, I filled the car with as many as humanly possible. If it's possible for you to grow outside, I know Doc can do soil tests and send customized amendments as well. Thinking of doing exactly that myself this summer...

Have both... but neither carry it in stock or offer ship to store. Last year Walmart didn’t either but they do now so I ordered a bale through them. I really hate supporting any of these places like Lowe’s Home Depot and Walmart. But sometimes I have to. I wish I was allowed to grow outside... thanks for your comment... congrats on that hella deal!! That’s so awesome!
