Those buds are looking damn good brother! Like everything about them...size, structure, color....just beautiful. Sorry about the lights...keeping lights fully operational for us is like having a trouble free car for others, just so important, right?

Hey duggs, plants looking fantastic........yeah the marsII lights I got a year ago.....one of them already has a few burnt bulbs........I guess u get what ya pay for........I wasn't expecting a lot from mine though....they were a good entry level light but I'm looking at the advanced xte lights doc is using.......I like the mix of 5 and 3 watt bulbs......they seem to penetrate great.......have a great day......

Gland heads are swelling up nicely and still coming on strong. These three plants smell amazing , is all! Just like old school black hash but better, sweeter i think....very nice potent aromas. gets all over my arms when i mess with em at all....

Nothing like the sight of bud porn in the morning! Love those girls in the red light! This is second run soil right? I'm going to have to go back to the start of this journal and read up again, beautiful plants man!

Mornin RB...ya this is second run soil that was enriched with leaves , stems ,roots and a bit of "roots" for the "cook". Seems to be working very nicely....next crop will be the same, second run enriched. It was the old first run Desfran soil. Anyhow like Doc.says in later runs of soil it appears to work a lil better cuz some of the existing K has been used up causing a higher brix reading and a more favourable plant response! Cheers RB.

Excellent Duggan! I have been seeing a lot of your name lately. On page 160 of one of DB's journals. Reading them from start to finish and absorbing as much as I can in prep of getting a kit in the spring if all goes well! So much good info from DB and the other HB growers!
2 quick questions brother....at what stage do you HB growers seek to reduce K & also no more added K in bloom? Thanks.
HiBrix doesn't supplement K in the soil at all - any K is in the foliars where it won't corrupt the soil.

Oh yes I was, the cleanest and most potent smoke I grew till this date. More calcium, magnesium is needed, and little to non potassium. Brix just skyrocket with this technique

Hey Major, waz up my brotha, your booth autta be lookin pretty tasty right about now! Ya, the lights are failing ....Dorm Grow said to ship them back the lights after this bloom cycle and they will either repair them or replace them. They also said they would refund the shipping money and apply it to the CC that originally was used to purchase them. That's cool...I can live with that, they're standing behind what they sell , so that's a relief of sorts.
Anyhow I've been away from the forum for a week or so....lots of other stuff keeping me busy these days. The Zamal Hash's are absolutely covered now in trichs and all the mains are tied up some how with strings or to each other. My carbon filter is straining to keep up with the smell. When I come home at the end of the day , I can smell them when I enter the house. They have really packed on the weight in resin the last week or so and still have this week to go.
They will get they're last Drench with GE tonight or tomorrow. The smell is heavenly, I must say gang! Anyhow thanks for being patient with me during this busy time for me....i'l get back to normal visiting soon and will post some pics later in the week. Chop is scheduled for this Sat. morning....stoked ....
OH ya, btw the four babies are loving life and the MLI 's are showing the way...very vigorous, same with the ZH. Cheers gang ...have an awesome day brothas!
