I like your style zigs!

I'm cooking over open fire lately, doing paella, Argentinean BBQ, stuff like that. I'm thinking of doing some canna in with some of the stuff too.....but what you have going there is amazing. Lunch becomes an all day event!

An all day event lunch is very European.....when I was in France we started the first course at noon.....by 5 pm we were dancing and smoking cigars.

We have property in Uruguay and they do the same thing down there....Lunch at 1 PM for 2 hours, dinner at 10:30 PM for 3 hours. Work starts at 11 or noon.....ends at 6 or 7. In the summer the sun goes down at 10PM so there's great beach weather after work and before dinner.

Living....it's something that goes well with good friends, good weed and good food!

I love salmon with lemon. sometimes I like it with teriyaki sauce, but it burns easily. the only thing I hate about pan frying is that oil gets everywhere :lot-o-toke:

Thank you, everyone! Lunch was excellent. :) whoaaaaaaa..
I was returning home from errands when just from the tasting of the food while cooking it, it started kicking in. I only ate 1/2 the salmon and veggies. ...And almost 1 grilled Meeses ( mj peanut butter chocolate ganache..similar to nutella, I guess, but peanut not hazelnut)
Will save rest for sat.
Wow!.. I hadnt experienced an edible high like that...usually its more of a stone, but probably because of so many canna ingredients and different sativas, they were layered, ..I was extremely happy, more than usual :) big big smilies- probably a 'Curso'd Trademark High Brix Grin', energized, clear, very clear thoughts..Amazing.
Fully capable of functioning on 12 cylinders...hey, its my thought experiment..12 cylinders it is..:)

That's it! It's your fault Ziggy; I'm sending my daughter to the fish market as I type...

5lbs of Salmon & 2lbs of jumbo shrimp.

That sure lools delicious, your salmon has gppd color too, which is important. Here nobody really smokes salmon, it arrives already smoked from Norway, but do it the canna way definitely gives it a special touch :) Hmm, I'd better start unfreezing my orata for dinner tomorrow :)

The smoke from the cannabis wood was perfect for the salmon. The lemons' juice subtle flavor was overpowered by the smoke, perhaps adding it to some vinaigrette, or piece of cooked but, unsmoked fish.. The smoked salt is great.
I just thought of this...im going to smoke fresh jalapenos and make cannachipotles :BOOYAH!:
Back to Salt... was oaky in smell and in flavor..it left a friendly tingle on my tongue for an hr or so after tasting the salt.
Salmon was delicious. The rub, the cannawood smoke, ..med rare :thumb: moist...
Sugar snaps and shiitake mushrooms...the cannacoconut oil was just right for it. The distant but present, slight nuttiness of the coconut and the woody, unami from the shiitakes, the canna honey mustard dill sauce w/ capers was excellent..sweet, sour, briney. herbal. Yummm!- I had used some cannaglycerine in it to add cannabis.
Sugar snaps with toasted sesame seeds added some crunch and freshness

My first cannameal..cooked and or eaten. It wont be my last...
I just thought of this...Thats what I would want to eat for my last meal, if I knew I was having a last meal...a HB Cannameal!
