Dr.Seeds Prescribes The Widow & The Alien ️️

Yes sir! I try and keep it low key so I don't get hit up with autograph sessions, talk show requests and special events.
You know how it is :)

Welcome back!
What kind of "special events" are we talking about?
Would you be interested in doing a meat raffle?

Indeed  Thanks pal it’s nice to be home but man the weather doesn’t compare lol
We're 10 degrees below normal for this time of year...wtf. Sunday calling for 18C so lets hope that's the end of this shite!

Lol! Seriously though. I was checking out Dr.Seeds and they have some great strains. I had to look at the artwork for each one lol. See you at the raffle :)
Yes they do have some good strains. The THC:CBD is interesting, at 1:20, however Homer went to another source as they had a 1:25 for around 10 bux less. I'm not so much into the CBD strains as I am into send me for a trip I'll never remember type of strain.
I'll be there btw, they have me sitting next to the hamburglar... apparently he didn't understand what the raffle was all about.

DAY 9 UPDATE

Hey everybody!

Some sad news today. I culled the WW and dropped a new seed. The leaves were mutated and the second node didn't really want to grow.

The Gorilla Alien is doing fine. She has started her second set of leaves and her stretch is normal at this point.

Not much else to report. Once the new seed is planted I'll post another update.
Have a great day everyone!

:Rasta:

Hey everybody!

it's 4/20 and time to start my outdoor grow. I purchased some seeds from @DrSeeds and the customer service and shipping times are incredible. Now it's time to test their genetics ;)
They have an awesome selection to choose from and being a Canadian I'm finding it too convenient having them so close to home.

Tools for the job:
7 gal fabric pots
MGOS - Organic potting mix (with Sea Compost and extra perlite)
Nutrients continue to be Mega Crop v1
Training Methods: one quadline, one twinline
Water: Rain

The Stars of the Show

THE WHITE WIDOW - Photoperiod

I grew the WW last year, from a Canadian seedbank, and was really impressed with the quality of the smoke and the quantity. I did have some genetic issues with one but the smoke turned out fine in the end. I wanted to grow this again as it is my favorite smoke so far and my goto weed.
I'm hoping the Doc's seeds will live up to my expectations. :)

True to her name, White Widow quickly transforms from a healthy green plant to a snow-covered beauty, packing on a copious amount of frosty resin as her buds develop and swell into massive flowers. Indoors, generous yields mature fully in only about 60 days after this proven producer is switched to a 12/12 lighting schedule.

Gorilla Alien (Limited Edition) - Photoperiod
This will be a new strain for me. THC levels run in the 23-24% range and has a flowering time of 8-9 weeks. This plant will grow shorter than the WW above and should provide a pungent, earthy skunk smell as she ages.

Welcome one and all!
I'm really excited to get these off and running. Feel free to stop by anytime and see how things are going. I'll post some pics tonight with the bean drop and how I am going to plant them once the tap comes out.

Happy 4/20!

Oh boy I'm in for this one buddy congrats on the new beans. That gorilla alien sounds like it will be a tastey one. An both look like they will yield some major killer buds atleast from those pics. but yea brother good luck hope they produce some beasts for ya.

Hey Blazin! Thanks brother! It's a slow journal right now but it'll pick up. Thanks for dropping by!

I was sad to see your WW not make it because I am just budding some now and it would have been nice to see your results. Oh well. Nature can be cruel. Interested to see how these Canadian beans work out. :nomo:

Oh...I like this pace.
Ugh, it also goes backwards. Plan C is in the works now as I type
I’m in for the ride @MrSauga. Never heard the term twinline. Intrigued!!

Welcome aboard Mastr! Thanks for joining in. Feel free to post pics or ask questions.
The twinline is a term I coined because it's in between a quadline and a mainline. Very similar to both and has probably been done before, but I never knew what to call it.

I have been thinking this next grow that I am going to do a Tri-line because I find trying to combine two circular plants under one light creates one big figure 8 but if I only do three main branches on each plant I can put the two flat sides together on each plant to make pretty much a slightly oblong circle instead of a figure 8 for better coverage of my lighting area.
