Urgent!!! Big trouble in Green China!!!
In Tent 1: Over the last couple weeks, some of the girls have started to drop leaves. First it was just a few fans, but lately some of the smaller leafs that don't get much light.
Okay fine. I figured with battling the temperature drops here, I would loose some. Well, it continues. and it's getting worse. And in Tent 2: Tonight I noticed that some leafs on some buds are curling and turning brown. There was a couple leafs on one IB that were turning a little yellow over the last couple days, but I thought that I had brushed up against them with my hand held light while taking pictures and had just burned them a little. Wrong!! Now I'm noticing that more leafs are curling higher up on the SCD next to it. If I didn't know better, I'd swear that this <whatever> is actually moving across the canopy. Very strange.
All 11 girls have been getting the same nutes and up till now, no troubles, other than burning a bunch of tips 6+ (?) weeks ago. Anyhow, the nutes have been given at a total TDS of 1170. +- 10. Ph has been between 5.7 and 6.0 throughout the grow. I stopped using SNS 209 two weeks ago and stopped using Bud Candy one week ago as I expect 6 girls to be close to ready. With the minor drop in TDS from dropping those two, I just added a bit more Flora Nova Bloom to keep it in range. I'm maintaining my Calimag+ and BioRoot and KoolBloom as per minimum doses. I will say that I have cut back a bit on the Calimag. Maybe .85 .9 ml per gal. instead, od the 1-per they call for. I was aiming for slightly higher base nutes (more TDS to use). In the last couple weeks, I've been feeding them twice a day since I was up and here. About 3/4 gal per feed. I stopped doing that a week or so ago when I noticed the first leafs drooping and dying. It still continues.
Temps here on the girls has been ranging from 67ish at lights out and 78ish with lights on. In the last month, I've had to put a torpedo heater in the attic to keep the room as warm as I can. There are no fumes from the heater and worse case - Co2. lol
So I'm really worried here. Tent 1 is 55 days into flower and Tent 2 is 49 days.This is critical!
Any advice at this point is very welcome.

Late in flower, you're going to lose some leaves at the bottom and middle, also low light will do that so you're onto that. It looks like over feeding to me, and with all the additives it's easy to do it. I would bring everything back by 1/4 or so, and if they are getting close to ripe date start flushing and let them use up what they have stored.
Also, make sure you have good air movement in ther Andy so you don't get mildews or molds...just a friendly reminder brother.

I just read a good article on why it didn't pass Andy, and it's for the best. The investors were going to have a monopoly on the industry if it passed there, so the voters of Ohio were smart enough to not let that happen and wait until another election cycle to hopefully get it right.
The best part is that there is a majority of voters in Ohio who want med/rec cannabis, but they want it done correctly...so a little more time to get it right.

Okay.
Well, things are back on track and looking green!! All 11 girls are having a burst in bud building! It's really incredible to see. I'm so happy to see all the new pistols springing up in bunches, all over! The buds are showing a lot of new growth. New little bright green tufts sprouting out. All this is going on at a time that I should have been needing to flush, so I'm not sure how long this is going to go on..... The trics are Maaaaaaybe 50/50 clear/cloudy on the LSD, BBL, IB and one SCD. Two SSH and SCD have longer yet. The SSH are taking over the tent! Waaaay wrong plant to let run wild! lol
Last two feedings have included CalMag, KoolBloom and GH Flora. Keeping the TDS 950 - 980 and Ph 5.7
Got my work truck back on the road. Happy dance. Got my girls back on the road. Happy dance.
One thing I did do in the last few days is.............................puzzling to me. In the course of trying to figure out what was happening to my girls, I did some undergrowth maintenance. I cut a few small, light green/green lower shoots and dime sized buds. Well, I dried them. Fast track with the pilot light in the stove for a couple days and then grind it up. Not much, just enough to maybe fill a 35mm film canister, ground.
It was smelled horrible. It tasted horrible. But, see, here's the thing. I have bad feet problems. Gout and calcium build up on the toe joints. No $$ for surgery but I'm on three different pills for them. Anyway, I have a pain pill I take 3 times a day so I can walk without screaming. 3 a day. For the last 3 days, I've smoked a bowl when I wake up and a couple through the day. I don't know if this is all in my head, or what, but for 3 days, I've taken exactly Zero pain pills. Is it the high CBDs? (8%) Maybe I'm nuts, I don't know, but I am just finding it hard to believe that CBD/THC pain management can work that well that fast. Whatever it is, I just know that I would no way be doing this well without the pain pills I have.
Things that make you go " Huuummmm".
So that's that. Didn't grab any pics tonight. I'm tired and wanna crash early.

I have let some of the girls go long enough. Sat. I'm taking the 2 IB, 1 BBL and 1 SCD. I started seeing a couple mites in the little tent. Not bad, but there, so instead of spraying on the buds that are damn near done, I've started flushing. 5 days, going on 6 with raw water. I will be washing the buds in a 3 part bath to remove dirt and hopefully kill or wash off most or all the mites. Again, not bad, but there.
I've built a 2 person trim table. Looks nice and soon we'll see if it works nicely too. I'll take some pics this weekend as I'm trimming.
So I'll just leave you with a few porn shots from a few days ago.....

Well, 3 out of 4 girls are hanging. Big note to self: Be a little more attentive to the undergrowth removal early on! Oiy-vey.
The Bubblicious was a dismal failure. Everything I've read on this strain by Nirvana says it's a hearty - forgiving plant. I didn't find that to be true. One lousy girl out of three is not hearty.
The two Incredible Bulks came out fairly well. Considering how I tried to grow them. They smell wonderful and are loaded with sticky Love. SCROG would work well with these girls if you take some time on the veg and don't mix anything next to it that grows at different rates and heights.
I didn't take any wet weights because I washed all the buds in a 4 part bath prior to hanging. I did a lot of reading on this and decided to give it a go.
In the following pictures, you'll see the trim table I built up here to harvest. It works great! It's a junk collector when not in use. Great work bench. Anyways, the buds hanging are the two IB and one BBL. 95% of what you see is IB.
The trim is high-grade stuff. Lots of little buds in there and plenty of sugar leafs. I would guess a good 3 Zs. They got vacuum packed and frozen for later use.
Tomorrow I tackle the SCD in tent 2. It's a biggie!
On with the show!
Here is my hope for the future: LSD clone. Wanted to mainline her, but the node spacing is just messed up and it's not getting better as she grows. For sure some clones are coming off this girl. The LSD in tent 1 look absolutely awesome!!!! I want more of that!

Well, the SCD in tent 2 is history. Two trimmers, one washer, and a few hours later, viola'!
I have everything drying in the barn. I'll stick them in the drying tent in a couple days. They're in upper 60s to low 70s and 12-25 RH. I'll let them dry a bit and then they get upper 70s and 25-40 RH.
I'll have some dry weights in a week or so.
Here are the pics from today: Supreme CBD Durban - Nirvana seeds.
Sorry about the pics, but it's the best I could do with the Samsung.
I can't wait to make some butter!! CBDs, here I come!!!
Wash buckets. Right to left 1&2 and then 3&4. What you don't see is what makes the difference.
The rest of the girls are doing well. I've moved the lights so they are now all ON TOP of the cross bars in the tent. I have some bottles holding the top of the tent off them so the fans can circulate. I'm completely out of room at this point. Those SSH are driving me nuts!!
I'm thinking I may start flushing the LSDs in the next couple of days. Those girls are gorgeous! I'm really glad I have a clone off them. I'll be cloning that one a while, I think. I'll keep you posted.
