Dr. Cannabi's Kali Mist - DIY Organic Soil - Medical Grow & Show

Ah, Dr! No worries bro! I rubbed it in alot of others peoples faces...believe me!!! I think I might have pissed a few people off...oh well :)
Oh, and by the way...GO PATS!!! :)

I'm going to rehab for Seahawks addiction lol. It's ruining my friendships and I'm having a hard time going to work hehehe.

Congrats scrubby! They were the better team :)

I have a couple updates my friends! :)

The Kali Mist grow. It's really wonderful and carefree. My training and investment into OLS is paying off big time. The only thing I do is water and give them a nice inoculation tea every other week. Once I flip them I'll start to push them with some Sea Bird Guano and Bloom teas.

2nd: My Budmaster GOD DIY light project is a fun challenge. I've really put my all into this DIY (I'm no electrician). I plan to share it with all of you. I hope it will help someone with no experience (like me) take the plunge into DIY :high-five:!!! If anyone has any questions please ask (I'm here to learn and share)

They are finally recovered from my super-crop and defoliation. I'm very impressed with the Greenhouse Hawaiian Snow! It is easily the healthiest best growing plant in the bunch. I moved them around a bit. The HS is now in the middle. If the end product is as good as the veg state, this will easily be one of the best plant(s) I've grown (I have two seeds in the same container). :thumb:

BudMaster DIY with GOD Panels

This is my Bud-Master (BM) GOD - DIY journey (this is their newest offering). I'm no expert, or electrician. However, I did my research and feel very comfortable with this DIY plan. If I electrocute myself, then don't do what I did LOL! If it's a success, I hope you'll try some DIY for yourself.

I'm using a terminal strip (home depot) with 8 connections. That will give me 4 circuits to power 4 110-120v devices. I will be running the 4 BM GOD DIY panels off of this terminal strip. There will be 1 power cord for the terminal block, and the terminal block will power the 4 BM power packs. The power packs will power the LED panels and the cooling fans. I will be using Size 12 American Wire Gauge (AWG) for all connection. Some is stranded and some is solid. I tried to use the right wire for the right situation.

These are the tools I used to make the pigtails (Essential for a terminal strip) I cut the red and black wires at different lengths to make installation easier. I would have used "White" and black wire, but they were all sold out of white so I replaced it with red. Where you see the White wire leading into the Left side of the terminal strip, that will be Red wire from here forward.

This is a close-up of the pigtails. Use 12 AWG stranded wire and Insulated Ring Terminals for this application. The two wires on the bottom (left and right side) are the power cord. Its a two prong appliance replacement cord. Make sure the ring terminals will fit into your terminal block, (I had to buy the small ones).

The rest of these pics are all just a plan at this point. I laid it all out how I see it fitting together. There is a connection for the fan on the power pack. I've also confirmed I can attach the fan to the heat-sink on the DIY panel with some bolts or screws:) Lets do this together friends! :):):)

Looking good my friend :) happy dayze :)

You got that right LA, smiling from ear to ear over here. Can't wait to flip the switch, but I really want that canopy to fill out a little more first. :Namaste::thumb:

Thank you skunny, can't wait to flip them and start pushing them with the poo and the teas lol:thumb:

I'm really not a DIY guy, so the encouragement from everyone is giving me hope I'll get this done before 2016 lol.

LOL

I can see the judge already. You did what? Throw this dumbass out my courtroom right now lol.

I'm hoping that if I do electrocute myself, that it just makes me pee my pants. That's what happened last time lol :thumb:

Loving your supercropping dude & your DIY :)

Thanks Skunny!:thanks: I'm totally a barbarian when it comes to training hehehe :Namaste:

Re: BudMaster DIY with GOD Panels

Happy Daze Doc:)....your girls look spectacular bro:)......your DIY is looking awesome......if i might make one suggestion though......these connectors in my opinion are not a good choice for this application......i tend to go over board when it comes to electrical but my suggestion is to use wire nuts.....they in my experience hold stranded to solid much better then teh crimp type.......after i wire nut them i individually tape with electrical tape and then tape them toghether:).....that way they can be dropped, pullled....without worrying about them pulling apart:).....like i said i tend to go overboard but i like to know they are solid:)......
