Don't Panic, It's Organic! Jump In Everytime

You are pulling me towards this more and more Kb....
if it didn't work wouldn't be so many people using the kit lol.
Yeah but u dont get it here in Europe ?! :(
I know there are a few that use it in UK and Canada and I think it ships international. It's sold on Amazon also
As far as I know, hempy is just perlite fed with nutes. The ball nutes are added to soil and they dissolve over time. Doc actually used to recommend Osmocote Plus before he designed his kit.
I'm ignorant when it comes to hempy, seen some people say how easy and great it is and others fry plants to a crisp. I thought they all used osmocote :(

Teleon! I really enjoyed reading the journal and seeing that custom light you started with. I was looking at those exact same Chips for a potential build.

I think it's your light man. Switching over to the Samsung strips made it too intense for your girls. You gotta find the sweet spot in height. Do you have a ppfd Meter? I guarantee that your pushing over 1000ppfd at your canopy. The plants dont know what to do so they are in shock.

Years ago I got a Mars 1600 for a 5x5 area. The recommended height was around 24-36 in for veg. At 24in they were curling up just light your plants, Showing deficiencies and even looking overwatered at the same time. Things didn't get better until I raised it up to 40". Height and spread matter more for Burple LEDs like Mars, but with these white LEDs I've been reading that if the canopy is under light that is too intense the plants will freeze growth. That could explain how the late sprout caught up so fast. Is it also starting to show leaf curl and slow growth?

I usually watch the top nodes/new growth. If they are praying and the rest looks a little sad, They may be praying for help.

I think the EC ist just too high, the pH isn't so much out of range. But in my mind a runoff of more then 2,3mS/cm is way to high when u put in water with 0,3mS/cm !
I think if you gave them nutes while this slow growth was happening the unused nutrients would build up overtime. I think Cal/Mag could easily raise the EC.

I would give them a Nice flush, Raise the lights and See if the combination of both solve the issue. How much room do you have to raise the lights? I've seen some growers have their light up high and they let the plants grow up to it during flower.
:Namaste:You got this.:goodjob:

Heres Some Photos of my plants when I was having similar issues

Thank u very much and welcome! :)

Yeah, u'r really probably right - the light change changed a lot. I have still around min. 50cm to the top of the tent, so there would be space. Think I will put it higher.

I "flushed" it now 2 times, just with water and an pH of 6,5. Next time I will add a bit of nutes - max. 1,2mS/cm in the water.

But again, thank u very much, I really appreciate any advice!

They really look a bit similar with these pale leaves!

Yeah these plants were maybe about 3weeks old vegged under a 400w MH. But right when the new light came in and was set up all the leaves started curling within a few days if I recall. It took a few weeks to figure out the right height. But once you find the sweet spot they'll bounce back fast.

I dunno how much time I lost because of it. I felt like I put my plants in some cryostasis for weeks. It sucks that this went down at the start of the flower period. Have any pistils showed up on any of the plants?

They are under the Samsung for a bit more than 2 weeks, and they show very nice hairs and pistils all around now.

And they are growing, but they clearly stoped a while.
