Doggy Daddy's Dive Into Coco

That means so much coming from you G2HM! It's great to have everyone around who shares the same passion that we have for these miracle plants.

The family doesn't really ask anymore unless I'm ignoring them to tend to the girls. My daughter asks now and then how the pumpernickel is going lol.

I truly love this medium thus far and will definitely try it again. I was at work yesterday and my foreman tells me to check out this van we're working on so went to look and thought I'd share it.

Apparently it's a fairly new nutrient line and they're local. I might have to try them out after some research.

Lol call them and see if they'll send you a line up for posting that pic ;) ^^^^^

Okay, that's BOSS! It's like the A-Team van for nutes...lol

I haven't been able to give much advice because I don't grow in coco and I try not to speak on things I don't have personal experience with. So now I'm learning all over again with your journal. But I'm always rooting for you in the background. Always, in all ways. ;)

Sorry for the random updates. My schedule is all over the place so the evening is more convenient for me.
Day 20:

Annie is still not cooperating after a couple pony tail sessions. Her nodes are progressing, but they are no where close to Leti and Wilma.

And last but not least... Wilmas secret garden

Thanks fam for following and advising me through this journey. Night and happy growing!

I think Annie will get there, she just needs a lil more time to open up .

Still jealous of your growth rates

Still looking good .

Cheers .

Quick update. I've been keeping the fan leaves down on Annie lately but I got a little rough with her and split the fan leaf.

It was a slip up on my part but I'll leave it and hope for the best. I couldn't really tape it with the break being so close to the node.

I also noticed that these girls are starting to get an aroma to them which is nice and skunky.

I made a shelf for them at work and installed it today. It will allow me to water and not have to worry about collecting the runoff with my turkey baister right afterwards lol. It also gives me more space to work with vertically and horizontally.

So all is well and they took to the boost in nutes pretty good. Happy growing everyone!

Your pics put a stupid grin on my face,so cute. can't wait for mine to be like yours!

So I'm thinking about topping Wilma tonight. How many nodes to you guys usually wait for before doing this and how far down do you snip? It's been a while since I've topped and I think when I did, it wasn't too far down.

I got my coco today. Thanks to Upinsmoke365 and PW for recommending Amazon.

I think this will last me a while. I'm going to cut the brick into smaller bricks tomorrow at work with some sort of power tool. Probably the circular saw since this thing is massive.

Day 23: I topped Wilma and Annie. Maybe I'm too anxious but they were asking for some sort of torture. Their stems are thickening more than I've seen before in this early stage of veg. I think the silica is really helping them with the heat and low humidity.

She really needed the topping to open up some light to her lower growth.

And Leti isn't quite ready for a topping just yet but still looks healthy imo. I bent her over a bit to help her along.

They all got a feeding tonight at 675 ppm and 5.9 ph. It's the same mix that I made before but apparently has risen approx 100 ppm. I'm not too worried until they give me a reason to be.

I've been trying to baby this grow but I keep on making blunders like breaking a fan leaf and dropping a clip on fan on a sweet little node...that was a sad day. Yeah...wtf was I saying? I've learned a lot in the past year from all of you knowledgeable growers and I'm hoping to turn that into some successful meds. Happy growing everyone!

Looking good man! Like the fun is about to begin >:)

Good morning everyone. I just got to work and there ain't shit to do so I'll throw out an update. These pics are from last night.
