Okay here is the roadrunner the she'la was put in the bubble bucket last montgh on the 24th, so she is in full flower as you can see with the buds developing , so now the next task is to make sure the buds develop in to huge buds, so i have already started adding monster bud to the nutrients on the last res change.
Now! even though the Trainwreck and the LA Women are looking good they are slow to flower even when forced, the roadrunner is an autoflower strain! but she still bet's them to the finish line of flowering with an empressive 30 days in the bubble bucket to this point with flowering starting on day 22 or 24 and now with the buds developing quickly, in the next days and weeks to come I will be posting the progress of the development of this plant and as it fills in the main branches to become hopefully huge colas.
The method I used was suggested by the seed providers and from others who had choosen this plant, the branches choosen removed from the plant were the first few bottom branches and were removed leaving only the main branch group, why! this is to promote big buds, and is said to be a time tested method, all food and energy and what ever else will be! or I should say suppose to be direct to those main branches to develop huge colas, thats the theory! so if I did this right I should end up with big colas.

Okay a correction needs to be made here the trainwreck is in flower I just didn't look hard enough I guess! but I would have to say she has been in flower at least for a fews day or so my bad. Best I can do with the Iphone for now! Sorry

Lookin good doc, not bad iPhone photography either, it's darn near impossible to get a decent shot in my tent with the 400w HPS running. Seriously reads some nasty distortion.

Yeah it's weird how the 400 hps that's in there right now isn't effecting my Iphone! where it did in the other tent and cabinet I have, just weird I can stick my phone right in there and the picture is clear with no nasty distortion at all.
Love that smell Oh yes, and can't wait for these guy's to get stinky an sticky yum!
Check it out, my last grow were hermi and I should've known that because their smell was real strong for about a week or so! then *bam* the smell seened to diminish, and was not as strong as at first an I wondered why? (I know now) I remember thinking that was weired then the seed pods began to show up in the buds, my problem start by not pulling the white rhino hermi's and leaving the skunks, the skunk plants were female's but the hermi got to them because I just had to leave them growing! didn't even occur to me that it would fuck up the other plants, that was just a dum ass rookie move I should have known better.
I think if I would have pulled them! then I would have at the least ended up with 1 or 2 females out of the bunch plant, and will not happen again, got hermi's pull them.
SouthernWeed recommended pushing the Phosphorus during budding as it really helped his Roadrunner. Here's a pic for reference; cool little plants these things are. I think he chopped at day 56 or 57 - freaking amazingly quick

wild, I wonder if it has to do with the reflectivity on the inside of the tent, the inside of my tent is white, and the room i had it in before the tent had white walls as well. hmmm

The seeds I used were not fem seeds they came from an 1/8 of white rhino bud I got at a collective, I was told by another grower that 80% of the time when using seeds from dried bud of a female you will get hermi plants from that, I didn't know that! then again that information came from a unknow source owk" a complete stranger.
I am sure the chance of a feminized seed turning hermi is close to none, but then agian it depends on the source you got them from.
The last grows seeds came from 2 sources a web site those where the skunks and we're not feminized seeds so a hermi seed may have been in the mix yes! but but I don't believe so! then the other source was from an 1/8 of smoke able bud, I will never do that again, either fem or clones from that point on.

No mine is the silver flective inside that would increase it one would think? it may be that the light balast is outside the tent! and not inside like it was in my other tent and that tent is a 6' x 6' x 6 grow tent much larger than this one.

Hmm, My ballast is located outside the tent as well 4x4x6, and I get the distortion even when shooting inside the tent, I can take a pic of the ballast up close running in normal light and it's all good. I wonder if apple support would have answer for us... lol

I read it is suppose to be faster to harvest in hydroponics.
I am using Monster Bloom 0-50-30 available phosphate 50% and soluble potash 30% at 1/8 teaspoon per gal, does this meet the pushing the Phosphorus you are talking about?

What I decided to do is move the roadrunner back in to the other cabinet by it's self and increase the lighting back to 20 hrs a day as recommended by the seed providers for a speedy grow! so it's on it's own! but under a 150wtt hps for one plant I think? should be okay! from start to finish, I do have another 400wtt but really don't want to use it this round, have to see I guess!!!

Phosphorus, Dude helps alot. I have to speed read back a page or two but if Soniq thinks so,,,,, I'd beat 10 to 1 that will help. Try the Fox Farm products. Open S, Beasty, and Cha Ching, all costy products, but you do get what ya pay for. Why skimp on the final product????????????? KKK Dude I'm going to back read. If I can say any more I'll open my fat mouth and put my foot back in it. Dude GL
Nice plants, see you allready are. Juice them dude. Remember marijuana LOVES frets, and Sun. You in a 2x4? Love the lite tube, makes it nice and cool it your not using co2 anyways. One thing if I may say?????????? Never count the days till harvest. Companies say this, that..... But Grow it till its ready in your eyes. Maybe 3-4 days longer. I didn't see the wattage but I'll look back. Otherwise thats a sweet little grow. A-1 ++++

What I decided to do is move the roadrunner back o the ainet by it's self and bring the lighting to 20 hour cycle since this an autoflower an the seed providers recommend a 20 hour lighting cycle, so she is on her own all alone, under a 400wtt hps in a 16"d x 36"w x 72" h. Now I have to put together the other cool tube to pull the heat from the light out of the box.

I appreciate any input that will be helpful, I have to do some shopping I guess this coming week, P.. K... N... sound like I need to thought the whole alphabet at this plant lol.
I am using Monster Bloom 0-50-30 1/8 teaspoon per gal added in to the nute soup, ppm is around 1200 to 1300 but it sounds like I need to run-up the ppm a bit higher here, and ph is in the 6.0 range right now! and in flower I think I need it at about 6.4 to 6.8, how does these number sound people.

I figurerd it out it's the sheilding or the lack of in the ballast that causes the distortion and interference, my digital ballast doesn't as the pictures I posted show, but he other one that was cheeper is the problem and is the cause of interference and distortion, so you know you have a cheep ballast if you get interference an distortion, my second 400wtt hps was $125 shipped where the other one cost me I think $300 something at a discount.
More than likely also means more electrical consumption with the cheepy.

Well, judging from my first grow out of the seeds that germinated, all bagseed from dried bud ranging from schwag to kind bud, about 70% (2 out of 3 or 3 out of 4, can't recall and too lazy to look) hermied or were male. Only got one female plant...does not really prove anything but is interesting
