Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Thats exactly how I was feeding them as per docs recommended doses except not adding 1/4 transplants to straight water. And I used fabric pots. This current grow I'll go back to plastic and give 1/4 transplant to water in between drenchs.

Don't forget that your plants will want straight water at times. Not always do we need to feed 2/4 trans water. This mostly done in flower per what I've read. I like to alternate, so after one Drench the get straight RO water and after the next drench they get transwater.

I posted this in Duggs journal...

Duggan Does C&N's Devils Carnival - With Doc's Gear

So Doc, to be clear, all through the grow cycle we should be doing: Growth Energy + tea, water +1/4transplant, transplant + tea, then water + 1/4 transplant, etc... etc...? Seems right.
Yes, that is the basic idea. It can be altered with experience, but start this way and pay close attention before you switch it up.

The main point in light of recent events is to use Transplant throughout the grow.

Hey Doc, so I read somewhere, but can't seem to find it.. you said your Tea is Bette than any compost tea... so if that's the case, would it be possible that I could use that as a compost tea replacement? Say I wanted to use it on shrubs and flowers outdoors... would it act the same as compost tea, or better, in this situation ? Or would I be better off just brewing compost tea for that? I ask because I'd like to use compost tea at some of my yards (Ima lawn guy) to improve the health of certain plants... and using your tea and mixing at the house I need it at would be great. The only thing I'd need help figuring out is how much to use per plant or per gallon of water in an outdoor situation.
Bro....1 pint per 1000sq ft will make any soil come alive.

I'm gonna wait till next weekend to start drenches I think

Hey doc, I gotta give you props for how you responded to some of the criticism. You've been extremely gracious in trying to pinpoint the problems a few have been having. I'm a grouchy old fart, probably why I'm not a people person. Thanks doc, why I switched over to your kit was for all the help you and everyone provides. ...

Awesome... I think I'll try it out toward the spring. I'll buy a couple of gallons and play around with it. I really just wanna drench around certain shrubs and flowers that seem to need more fertilizer and/or are more prone to insect damage. Its just not practical for me to brew it at home and take it with me. I don't have a large enough business to support buying a big compost brewer and spray rig to apply it... so this would be great! Very excited to give it a try!

Awsome post

I should also add anything and everything I have posted was never
meant as a personal attack against the KIT or DOC.

I know sometimes the written word can be taken WAY WRONG,
without our Body language and facial expressions to help with
our meaning it can easily be taken in a negative way. As you may
have noticed I do a lot of Editing after my initial post, its usually
because I re-read what I have written and see it in a different light
KINDA wish there was more time to EDIT (only 420 minutes)

Anyway just wanted to say I am really a fan of the kit and the
system it has worked for many, I just need to be reeled into the boat

Doc, can I get confirmation that drenches don't start until 5th node assuming you have 5 bladed fans? Only 1/4 Trans water until 5th node?
Actuallly, its the foliars that we don't start until we have 2 sets of true leaves....usually but not always when there are 4 to 6 nodes.

Drenched can be done earlier but mostly it would be a transplant drench.

I do water initially and then the first light drench when they need water.

After a good soak in water, the first drench can be TP, then alternate. You could also start with GE and then alternate. I choose TP if they don't look fully hooked up with the soil.

I've done both and I have seen better results with doing a transplant drench first... seems like the girls were a lot happier than with the GE first. just my 2 cents

Watching the girls closely at 19 days pf, on the newest formula, and looking good. Growth is cranking.
2 Headband OG and 2 Blue Dreams.

1 HB and BD we're grown in veg with just GE and tea, the other two got just TP and tea. I'm experimenting for my benefit.

In flower they all have been drinking the same...Ge Drench, drink, TP drench, drink, TP drench thus far. Next is a drink, then come the Cats.

Brixed twice in veg and twice in bloom 12 days apart.

Run 2 soil.

2Tbsp Epsoms to each in veg due to mg def...veg was old formula and these are OG's

2Tbsp Epsoms to each yesterday, leaves on OG are just starting to show mg def.

I nursed 2 Bubblegums back from a major FU That i did. Transplanted too early...hardly any rootball, and they suffered bad. 2 months in the 15 gal pots, rescue drenches ( 1 plant got two rescue drenches...she was in bad shape.) and I worked them back into vibrant health. Trimmed all the dead, bad foliage off the bottom, and flipped'em. I'm so proud of both of them.
