Wow I think some of those fans have trics all the way to the tips, very sexy :high-five:

an observation of mine regarding the cloning discussed a few pages back.

I went to Fla on vac last week and the day before I left I took a nice 4" top cut from a plant and stuck it in a small brown prescription bottle in water and placed in on a window sill of a south facing window with an awning over it.

I got back after a week and it had a half dozen roots from .5" to 1.5"

I had excellent success with my bubble cloner - EXCEPT the cutting taken from top of the plant. All the cuttings from the bottom/first node were ready to plant in under two weeks. The top never rooted successfully. I put the top in HB soil anyway and it stayed alive but after another two weeks I pulled it and there were still no roots. I'd stick with cuttings from the bottom/woody branches.

I still don't get fluxing. I understand you can get a big plant that way, but it slows the veg down so much, it seems like you could grow two crops in that amount of time and get even more yield. I must be missing something and need to study this technique more.

Good info thanks bro. I've got roots, so, I'm going to keep using the bubble cloner... the flux is a project. I like it to playing chess, or spades. .most people don't like chess either...military guys will kill some spades though....all good .

Mass you have a aero/mist cloner there better than bubble.

I agree on the flux. I need consistent flow in my rooms. But it's great if heighth is an issue. Not for me. I like trees.

So, I'll take a pic in the morning but on second look, and more closer, I have some roots forming on those clones.... first time for me and I'm super excited... like I needed more plants,,, anyway, still a way from growing plants in soil... and that is my question for you experts... at what point do I put these clones in soil...I've dealt with bare rooted plants before so I'm okay with that part... but what time,, and what medium? Are the doc's plants going straight in his kit??? Thank you everyone!!!

FLuxs are like bonsai trees.... like the Beastie Boys said... she's crafty.

Just my type...you guys grow trees I'll grow masterpieces.. ;) lol

So excited,, wish the pic came out better, but all twelve have what appears to be spuds coming off them... I got the package/cloner last Friday around noon... best eighty bucks I've spent,, I think ;)

Yep this are roots coming.

I cut the bottom of that cages of it is much easier to pull them out without destroying the roots if they got a bit longer.

Very good eyes bro, good point and you answered my next question. The instructions said to cut the pots, but, I did one of the spares they sent and it was weak... but, I've been wondering. I'll do that first thing. Reps

fluxing is for potm enthusiasts with less than 6 plants, imho.

its neato fo sho.

I'm looking for yeild. No doubt. I've got five times that amount growing, various stages, and it's the easiest and most rewarding. I'm not trying to sway you. I'm four weeks in. But. I see this method being great for some of the people I'm looking to help. That's what's got me. I get a guy in a wheelchair who can't mange a bush, get underneath it and check for bugs, do the work you need to do with that plant,, but he has great mental ability...and some patience,,, and fingers... and I can bring the plant to his eye level,,,,he can make a masterpiece. And I've seen the yeilds LA has got. So, one or two of my thirty are chugging along..... teaching me how to teach ;) much love bro

My budzilla hit 25 oz in 90 days from seed no mainlining or flux or whatever top, clean remove suckers move on.
My ed currently has not be topped or cleaned up. Probably around a pound.

My Santa cruz kush topped not cleaned up close to 20

Fluxing mainlining whatever is focused on heighth restrictions there's much easier shorter ways to increase yield.
