Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Interesting story gray... Amy Gardner the tv character I was meaning ;). I’m still a hot babe :D not old and “lumpy” yet :laughtwo:
:Namaste:

Hah! Who knew? :hmmmm: I wasn't a West Wing watcher I'm afraid.

I got a kick out of disjointed too. It sucks they cancelled it :(.
There was a lot of backlash from the cannabis community on Disjointed. A lot fo folks were unhappy that it made everyone seems like a stupid stoner. I found it comical. People should have just taken it for what it was which was entertainment and nothing more. Too many people want to look too deeply into everything.

I’ve read how some strains don’t grow well in doc buds hi Brix soil, so does anyone think (Inzane in the membrane) will work. Also, I have excess to a good strain of blue dream in clones .
All strains will grow well once you get them figured out. Some strains that do well in hydro may turn out different in the HB soil. They will still be good, they just may taste and smell different.

I believe what you mean are the salt loving frankenstrains, like the Chems & OG's.
Inzane in the Membrane by Ethos Genetics. [(SLH x Forbidden Fruit) x Ghost Train Haze] x Citral Glue.
You should be good

I just harvested the Dolato & Forbidos, both IHG strains grown in first run soil.

Here are a couple of pics of freshly harvested Dolato colas:

Here are some freshly harvested Forbidos colas:

And here are some trimmed Forbidos buds:

I can't wait to re-run these strains in 2nd or 3rd run soil! :yahoo:

Wow Krip, nice harvest! They sure do breed and select their strains with frost in mind. What are the terp profiles?

Thanks, Brother! I'll get a better idea of the terps in a few weeks but, so far, it's pretty interesting since I grew three strains this round that are all GSC crosses and all have different terps profiles.

The Dolatos are earthy, coffee & black licorice and the Forbidos are a diesly tropical fruit/melon. I'm going to harvest a Barneys Farm Blue Gelato 41 today that smells like cookies! :yummy:

I've posted it before, but here's that filter I use.

You can find it on 'zon and elsewhere. Search for "carbon hose water filter". There are a half dozen choices. Some even use "eco" in their names. :bongrip:

:Namaste:
Greytail, or any of you guys using a water filter,
Does your water change, after running it thru the filter? I mean, the one I received today , made by that same company, but made for hydro & organic gardening, is not changing the ppm of the water. As a matter of fact, it added ppm?? Shouldn't we see some reduction in ppm ?? Thanks !
