Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Brother you got nothing to worry about besides who you gonna smoke all those buds with. They looking right on track, remember, the kit seems to add a week or two or three onto most strains. Those are gonna be fat frosty colas, garuns.

Really nice plants there. MK ultra? Super frosty and happy looking.

Great advice! Listen to him.

Feed Growth Energy from now on, with 1/4 oz transplant per feeding. You'll be amazed.

I think what it is is that i didnt veg for a long time and, come to find out, ww is not a very stretchy plant. 5 weeks should be plenty of time for those tops and other nugs to fatten up nicely.
My next grow will veg for about 2 months. Seeing as how itll be one plant again in a 4x4x7 under 900w led i can afford to veg her the fuck out then when shes nice and bushy ill flip and harvest a pound lmao (dreams). Ill get a real sense of what the capabilities of the plant are and adjust accordingly with the drenches. Ready for this one to be over

Duggan, looking Scary Good ! You gonna have some fun in the near future.

Doc, white fuzzy Fungus growing on the soil top a good sign ?

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Update:

I got some mites and thripes on the "dumbed down" OG soil. No treatment for them yet, but I actually might have to spray this time. The OG look a bit ragged at this point, but the buds are dense and have the signature smell, which is exactly what I was hoping for with the dumb soil.

The high brix stuff is looking normal.

OG, Purple Cadillac and Champagne. I'm soaking some Willie Nelson seeds.

Doc... Quick question. I have given my 3 MK Ultra's your suggested 1tbls. of epsom salts over they're last 3 feedings(waterings) and leaves are not showing any stress at all and are nice and green.Should i continue giving them this or back off for a couple of times?Like you said ,they are getting energy w/lite dose of transplant every time now and seem to be putting out pistols once again! Water intake has gone up over the last week or so as well.Thoughts Doc? Thanks and cheers:)

It sounds like everything is working well for you.

MK Ultra is OG Kush crossed with G-13. OG Kush is a big time salt loving strain. I'm not sure about G-13, but OG won't grow in High Brix soil and resemble what people think is OG Kush.

So make a note of it, that MK Ultra is a salt lover and next time add the Epsom salt at the time you flip to bloom.

As far as what to do from here on out, I'd continue feeding at the rate of 1tsp per watering. Note, not 1 TABLEspoon, but TEAspoon. I get those mixed up myself with bad lighting and smoke.

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

I just had a funny stoner moment!!!

Imagine Docbud in a Labcoat with a trichome covered Cape, a modified Green Hospital mask with weed leafs on it... and a logo in front of the labcoat reading Super High Brix Man!!!

He looks through his special radar refractometer looking for Ill gardens.... swoops into the garden, snaps his fingers and your plants turn frosty and shiny!!

hahaha! I don't know why I thought is was a funny image but had to share....must be that high brix Ogiesel I'm smoking :)

Hi Doc

I ordered your kit and started cooking the Promix on 3/10. Meanwhile I have a few cuttings and Im spraying them with de-Stress. I have a couple of new seedlings and one is beginning to look weak like it wants to damp off. Can I use stress on it, and if so should I spray or top feed? Any other suggestions? I thought about Drench but I cant tell from the instructions how much to dilute.

Thanks!

And is adding bat quano a bad scene ?? During any phase of grow - bloom ? If No ..... Why?
What do you think of molasses as a treat, blackstrap of course.

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Thanks Doc. I knew that too...OG loves salt...You had talked about this a couple of times .I should have known,my fault. Not to worry ...they are loving the last 3 TBLSPOONS they've had of epsoms! I'l tone it down now ,like you say to teaspoons and keep giving it to them per insructions. This is when it gets looking reeeaaal nice ,from week 4 or 5 ...on.Lots of fun, and loving your kit Doc.I'l have a "Stella" for ya ! Cheers eh!

Do you have your cuttings in hb soil? If not then spraying them with dstress will do you no good
Dont use the cat drench til you have flowers...trust me, just dont do it. Youll have stunted growth.

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

I was considering a strain called B.C. Big Bud, DOC, what you think ?

Cheers to all Stella(s) &Have a good 1 , Bulldog

re: Doc Bud - High Brix Q&A With Pictures

How hard is it to follow directions? The kit comes with what your plant needs. Adding something your uncles best friends cousin says might be cool is NOT cool.

Partly true? De-stress good for cuttings with no roots, or cuttings with roots in rapid rooters. Broad spec minerals and PGRs I believe; I'll go out on limb and say it's probably good for small cuttings regardless of medium.
