Well, im starting to question the timing of those cat drenches. Since the last one ive given her water then energy and she seems to be at the slowest growth stage since sprout. Almost no bulking just plenty of resin. If she keeps up this rate ill be harvesting less than a z which is unacceptable.

If you did it too early, yield will suffer, but the product will be quite nice. I don't think you'll be disappointed in the end. The buds will be smalll and dense....potent as can be.

Live and learn! I did mine too early the first time too.

Well, alls not lost. Ill give her transplant next and we'll see what happens. She still has 5 weeks to go so im sure she'll get a bit bigger. Just a lil p'd at myself for messing up. When i love something i get a lil hard on myself for whatever reason lol. I know subsequent grows will improve...lesson learned
Oh! The resin! Theres definitely plenty of that. I can imagine how frosty she'll be at the end. Living up to her name white widow hopefully

Use energy from here on out and you'll maximize the yield. Try adding 1/4 oz transplant with every watering, and Energy every other.

Hey canuck, i may have given mine the cat. drench too early as well!!When exactly did you do yours?Mine got the first drench at the start of week 3 and the second drench at the start of week 4.Growth on the buds has STOPPED and not done any bulking up for over a week now.They still have 4 weeks or more to go ,so i'm hoping i didn't fuck things up.They got some energy and tea last night ,so we'll see what happens.I'l be pissed if the buds don't get any bigger .You can have all the resin you want ,but if there is no where for it to go ....well...what's the point.I'm going to wait 2 weeks longer next time to let the buds get some size first.I think maybe the cat drenches should be started later...like in week 4 and 5 since it seems to only increase resin and not overall size of the buds! you guys will be just fine! Don't worry! While yield might be down a bit, buds will be small, dense as can be and very, very resinous!

I've been feeding cat drench about 3 weeks after pistil set (usually about 10 days after the flip), and my buds have typically paused for about a week after the first dose. The pistils brown and flowering stops. I know that nervous feeling. But check out my journal - they always recover and start to build fat calyxes until harvest. Wait another week and you'll see.

I gave all 4 my plants the cat drench at the same time but 2 of the 4 were not quite ready for it and are slow to push pistils but the 2 who were ready are putting on pistil and trichs just a few weeks since flip.

Q for you DOC...I know above you said to go with Energy with 1/4 transplant per water/feed, but the 2 I gave the drench wwaayy early to and are just starting to show pistils, should I after water tonight go with energy and then back to cat drench at more the appropriate time or just keep on with Energy with tplant/feed & water??

22 days after flip and 10 days after i viewed the first pistils. That was the first cat drench. The second one was 5 days after that cuz i was informed not to let her dry out after the cat drenches. Since then she received just water and a huge energy drink. Next will be 1.25 mls of trans with 2.5 mls of energy and 1/2 ml of tea. She drinks 2.5 gals before spilling out of the smartie.
Oh, and i use those #s because im only growing one plant.
I gave the cat drench when my buds were just a a bit bigger than nickles.

Just sprayed her with brix. Tomorrow she gets a good feeding of the aforementioned concoction. Maybe the next day...we'll see

Double checked the calander today ,and they are 3.5 weeks from pistols and 4.5 from flip.Should have just about 5 left...i hope! Nice smells from them now.Anyhow sorry to interupt .

Brother you got nothing to worry about besides who you gonna smoke all those buds with. They looking right on track, remember, the kit seems to add a week or two or three onto most strains. Those are gonna be fat frosty colas, garuns.

Really nice plants there. MK ultra? Super frosty and happy looking.

Cheers man Yes they are 3 MkUltra's from TH seeds.Got 5 fems but wanted to save 2 for summer crop.I've always wanted to try this strain, but never came across it over the yrs. ,so i'm pretty stoked to be trying it out with the kit soil.Iv'e been kinda chasing down a certain flavour that i had once.This "piney" MK may be it ...with it's genes...we'll see! Later eh!
