DIY Stealth Cab, Hydro, LED & Multiple Strains in Small Space - Oh Boy!

Great hedges Krip... You've got ornamental shrubbery in there!

I'm certain the new cfl's will add measurably to things. What temp are they?
All those bud sites are loving you!

LOL...Thanks! I must have been posting in your journal as you were posting in mine. The flower CFL's are 2700k's.

I noticed those CFL's, was waiting for someone to say something. I think you know how I feel about led's & cfl's mixed. I think you will feel the same! Looking good, pard! Talk to ya soon & Happy Grows ~H~

Thanks, Suka. There's a lot of info and videos out there on how to clone and it really is very simple. I definately recommend you try it the next time you're gonna top one of your plants. It's a great way to keep a particlurly good strain/pheno going for many harvests and maximize the return on expensive seeds/clones.

yea well when i get this down packed and i start gettin the good strains then i'll give it a try, but for now i'll jus learn how to grow it rite first lol..... :tokin:

:thankyou:

Yeah, I've seen them and $250 isn't a bad price at all considering many similar are selling for $350-$400 and many MUCH more expensive, but it's a little more than I want to spend now for a trimmer. For the 1-2 plants I'll be harvesting at a time, there's probably better things to spend the money on and doing it by hand shouldn't be too bad. Of course, after I do my first trimming session, I may very well change my mind! :)

SHORT UPDATE WITH LOTS OF PICS!

Since there's not much in terms of updates to report, I'll keep the comments short but post a bunch of pics I took today. I know no one ever complains about too many pics! :)

Starting on Veg side, here's the hempy haze:

Now, moving over to the flower side. The AK is at 18 days of 12/12 and 16 days on the haze.

Here's a wide-shot of the cab:

shit i used a pair of scissors on my 1 big plant and by time i was done i had the worst headache from the smell, the smell was sooo overwhelming... i think i might just cut all the big leaves off and then jus hang the rest of the plant and then when its done drying i'll trim it... i dont know we'll see.... :tokin:

Two words: VERY NICE

Hemp, one word: thanks! :thankyou:
:)

yea i like little lucy she looks like she has potential... :tokin:

She does look like it, but not sure what kind of potential or how to get her to start really growing. I'm open to all ideas on this, especially since I only have ONE more LS* seed. Should I just try to clone the top? Should I transplant and LST? She's so tiny, unfortunately, she's not of much use as-is.

All I can say is that I gave your grow a 5 Star rating and you +Reps!
You deserve both!
:cheertwo:

OMM, Mahalo Nui Loa! :thankyou:

That all means a lot, especially being my first grow and especially coming from you!

What I know about MJ I learned on my own, EXCEPT how to grow it. Everything I know about growing it I learned from you and others here on :420:!

Thanks all!

Looking great Mr. Krip! You'll be indulging in no time. ;)

Thanks, WnF! :thankyou:

It looks like we're both gonna be indulging right around the same time. Maybe a party is in order? We can cook up some of Peace Man's dishes, crank up the early 70's tunes and sample the fruits of our labor! :high-five:

:laughtwo: Great thought; party it is Mr Krip! BYOND -- Bring Your Own Nank Duggets.

I was thinking about Lucy possibly becoming root-bound as she looks very well developed for that size container. Perhaps she's ready to graduate?

I had considered that Lucy might be rootbound, too. The factors that signal it may not be the case are that she has basically been stunted since day #1 (long before she would have been rootbound), and, I can't see any roots trying to make their way towards the drain hole.

So, I tend to believe she's not rootbound, but most likely I'll transplant her this weekend after I do res changes.

If she's not rootbound, do you think cloning her may result in a better plant, considering part of the problem may be that she was started in that STG cube?

I've also considered just "lollipopping" her and flowering her as a single cola plant, but I do want to try to maintain that LS* strain and after her, I'm down to only one seed!

I guess I'll try cloning her and see what happens, but taking suggestions till Saturday's res changes! :)
