I don't really but if you look at the clone to the left you can see it's a X that everything is growing off of

Ok I found this pic, which kinda shows what I was thinking
Trim off all leaves and shoots below the top 2, after topping
You then get two shoots/branches that grow from those two nodes.
Then tie those out and down, creating 4 even level branches
Am I closer now

Nodes 1 and 2 are stripped already in this picture. Nodes 3 and 4 left to grow out as the support. Each node grows 2 symmetrical branches which ends up making 4 branches total and the X shape Derby is referring to. If you decide to do it at the 5th node than keep the 4th and 5th and get rid of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd nodes.

Sick world we live in @Derbybud sorry to hear that non sense buddy. Terrible to hear of bad things happening to such loving souls. @LopinNSmokin I’m sorry you had to deal with that. Pisses me off .

Where is the love button lolThere's definitely an element of that Derby. I love how mine are doing, but then I look at yours, and Ase's, and Swagg's that are running in parallel and think, wow, those guys are killing it!
I think I'm finessing it the right way with my wife though. She hates the smell I've had this round; the last few weeks have been pungent, and when I open the tent up at 8:00 the house is full of the smell in no time. I told her the only way I can keep the tent closed without screwing up my grow will be to get lights that run cooler, but they're expensive. Her response was, why don't you use the money in our change jar? We haven't cleared it out in quite some time, and put everything up to tooniesp) in there, so we rolled it all up and it's $500! I'm a little nervous about DIY but I would love to put the HLG 550 (or equivalent) in my tent. I'll still need to save but that $500 is a great start.
I guess I need to take the long view - I can actually decrease the power consumption and thus come out ahead with the HLG 550 in cost in the long run. And I bet I'll get stellar results, beyond what I get now. All these QB grows pretty much confirm that the lights are fantastic.

Thank you everyone for the thoughts! I am doing well. dropped charges so they would as I really don't have the energy or time to deal with this. I was most pissed off about my hair getting ripped out than getting punched lol The horses have done more damage and didn't get much bruising. My humira shot did more bruising than the trash in the walmart parking lot. Its bad when they aren't allowed at walmart and were trespassing haha. just gotta roll another one and keep moving
Just remember that Karma is a thing, they will get what’s coming to them.
