Derbybud Does CBD Strains In Coco & More

Oh thanks! The seed is held in place by the tight sides of the insert? I was always told to treat my just sprouted seeds with the utmost of delicacy. Never occurred to me I could torture them like that!

That's why I go straight to soil - to avoid handling anything delicate like that. Handling = Stress... same as with salmon.

Hey DB, those CBDream seeds grow themselves. They are the easiest seeds I've ever grown, I think they are the most stable genetics from CKS, and I've been growing them for over a year now. They are my go-to for oil 1:1 = 6%6%. Then I add a kush oil to this batch. So I can mix and match my oils to get my desired medicinal fx.

I use CBDream as a base now for all my experiments because it's a stable winner, or a winner in my stable...hahahaha. A thoroughbred for the Classic. You could probably throw insults at it and it would still grow. hahahaha

I'm hoping it grows that easy. I'm needing a good cbc in my stable

The seed is kind of on the top of the insert and the tap root is thru the center hole about the size of a seed. Making sense yet.

Now with the tap root hanging down. And the holder hanging on to the helmet. Will the helmet drop the tap root sprout somehow? Like try to release it? curious what will happen next, something new to learn.
The helmet is above the insert. Yep were all going to learn something. Maybe how derby just screwed up 100 bucks in seeds. I'm hoping not.

So they're just resting on the lid. I guess that works with the photograph. It still seems odd to have the seed completely dry and only the tap root getting water. Looking forward to watching what happens!
That's why I put on a humidity dome to try to keep the air moist

No no, I think you may be ON to something. Because I think the opening of the first set of...ummm forget the specific names... leaf flaps almost ... will be at a angle to hang on ... pure speculation .... could you get a piece of paper, square, cut a slit on a radious, half way through your square, gently slide that slit along the flatness of your cloner where it meets under the helmet, just to give the tap root a support like a rim on a hat, till it grows a bit to support itself, then remove the paper easily by pulling out through the slit. HAHAHAHAHA gosh, I don't know if I even make sense.

This is why I love visiting growers threads, I think this is truly innovative. This should be called "DB Seeding Technique," yah man, I totally thing you've stumbled into a new method of your madness. :bravo:

We all have a little madness just I sometimes go overboard and do it in a public forum. Let's see what happens. .

Same here Joe and welcome to the show. I always think outside the box but I might have gone too far this time. Time will tell

There's no such thing as a box. That implies boundaries ;) keep going mate, we all march under the same stinky green banner and can accomplish anything :)
