Derbybud Does CBD Strains In Coco & More

read the full article here and make up yer own mind ... i have no problems with piss tests cuz i dont have to pass one ... but just try to splain me then how THC can work if it doesnt get into/through the skin and on to the CB2 receptors ... anyway i made my point now its up to the rest ...
As I pointed out the first time you posted this months ago, they are referring to transdermal patches in the NIH study. What I said above was "Topicals don't penetrate into the blood stream. Transdermal patches do but that's not what we're makin'!"

topical oil is different from a dermal patch... I think thats what shed is referring too...
 please correct me if im wrong
You are correct sir! Transdermal patches require a carrier specifically designed to allow the THC molecule to be absorbed into the bloodstream. Something like fractionated coconut or grape seed oil do not serve that function.

i understand what he said and a patch or oil or alcohol for that matter are carriers of the active medicine nothing more, like a bus holding passengers to their work, the bus has no effect on their performance at work just at the rate they can get off... but anyway ... lets stop this discussion i dont wanna upset ppl ... i believe what i believe and others do just the same

That's not an accurate analogy. If it were, there would be no such thing as transdermal patches or the science and patents behind them.

hmm ... ive been digging deeper and found this although this is an article on a pro cannabis site... looks like there is something to your argument Shed ...

To get more information on topicals and the bloodstream, I reached out to xxxxxx, CEO of xxxxxxxxx Medicinals, a xxxxxxx company making topicals in xxxxxx since 2010.

“The cannabinoids in topicals do not actually enter the bloodstream (that is why topicals do not get you high), instead they interact with the peripheral nervous system,” xxxxxxx said in an email. “As a result, people that use our topicals have not tested positive for THC in drug tests.”

So, in xxxxxx’s business experience, none of her customers have tested positive in a drug test from her topical products.

lol whats gonna happen when its recreationally legal... If you partake you wont have a job?

two years ago, big boss man wanted me insured for the company cause i run the shop by myself and if anything was to happen they would need 3-4 to keep up production... So i had to come clean and tell him i smoke a little bit cause it was a full physical, blood test, etc.... I am a chronic smoker for the last 13-14years... Wake up 3am smoke 3-5 bowls before work, smoke joints at work when i can get away with it, and smoke all night till bed time at 11-midnight-ish....

Anyways, i cut back but never quit fully, chugged cranberry juice and smashed vitamins for two days before test... Never got my results, but they insured me for 2.5mil...

So obviously its not that big a deal to them anymore, atleast on this side of the border and we arent even recreatiobally legal yet.

Here is a cool little article i found relating to commercial scale growers.

After seeing this im now questioning if i need a food grade bucket. Not sure if smells will transfer to buds or not.
Im sure that would be one of the reasons they're considered "food grade". They store liquids, solids, powders (salt/flour etc.) everything. So surely if theres a chance of contaminents its low. If you were talking about just a regular like paint mixing bucket or something like that Id agree. Im purchasing exactly the same thing. My family has used em for years and have never experienced a plasticy smell/taste.

Nice plant hang there derby those would make some killer cobs :ganjamon:
