Unfortunately, it looks like I'm gonna run out, so I'll have to gear back up again soon - like soon. And the Kit always worked for me, so I'll stick with it.

I got more deliveries today and I think I’m finally ready to make my gummies. I tried making the with infused coconut oil. What a nightmare ……
I stirred that crap for half an hour… I literally thought my arm was gonna fall off…
poured it into the molds put it in the fridge and when I took them out all the coconut crap was on the bottom with jello on top. It looked like I had made layered gummies but they were beyond nasty…..
I even melted it all again and tried using an immersion mixer…. No better and my old magical butter machine’s heat selections didn’t go low enough for oil (130) the old one started at 160 and that’s to high hence the reason for a new one…..
so the instructions said at least 150 proof or higher and I found Everclear 190. The machine will make my tincture then I still have to cook it down but that’s not near as bad as everything I had to do to make it before and I still have the burner and nonstick stuff and I had already gotten all the stuff Mo and Tim told me to get when they originally taught me. To be honest Hubby always made it for me out in the barn but I think I can do it with the machine without burning down the house… let’s hope so anyway cause I’m getting ready to give it a go. Hey Dust if you want the old Magical Butter machine for your boy let me know and if you don’t hear from me for a few days check and make sure I didn’t burn down my house….

All is good and my auto is starting to grow now that she’s got some nice soil my only problem child is the Gorilla Lilly and she looks like she’s 2 days above soil… I’m gonna go ahead and pot her up tomorrow and see if good soil helps her find her way. I still haven’t gotten the 2 extra lights hung. The spectrum is specifically for bloom so I didn’t see any hurry. There’s plenty of light there for veg…..

I forgot to tell y’all about the press I got from Magical Butter. Best money I’ve ever spent. I always felt like I was wasting so much and hate the smash. I used to make brownies with it and give them away but with the press you get back almost what you put in. The smash is almost dry…..

I got that tiny little Gorilla Lily potted up and she honestly looks lost in the bigger pot but she did have decent roots so hopefully she just needed nutrients to catch up. Time will tell…..

I decided I should make butter in the new machine before I put 190 proof liquor next to a heating element…. I have a fear of things catching on fire but anyway I decarbed for the first time too. I’m not sure why cause I’ve never made eatables that wouldn’t knock you on your butt but who am I to argue with the “professionals” and maybe it really does make it better. We shall see….
But here’s what I have going. I used a pound of butter…. 4 sticks so we’ll see how much I get out with the press. I have stick molds so if I get close to 4 sticks back that would be awesome……- Thread starter

Well those of you that have known me from before…. Never fear I’m still a walking talking idiot…. I don’t reckon I’ll be proving how much better you can strain your butter with the press cause at least a stick of it at minimum was running all down my cabinets and all over my floor! The press screws on to a large mouth mason jar so just as the beeper went off and my butter was done my sugar slammed and instead of just dealing with that I decided to go ahead and start the butter straining so I grabbed a jar and unscrewed it… screwed on the press and went to deal with my sugar. When I walked back into my kitchen that shit was everywhere…. It took me a minute to figure out what I had done and there is no easy clean way to fix that but amazingly still got 2 1/2 sticks…. Honestly there would have been at least 31/2 had I not been playing idiot…..

I never said what actually happened and when I unscrewed the mason jar all I took off was the rim the cap that locks down when you seal it…. I had left on the mason jar so there was no opening for the butter to go into…..
Laughing my azz off ... 
I've always said during times like that, it's good practice for being old. And it turns out it was. I do all sorts of idiotic things now, and it's easier to brush off than it might have been, y'know?

It’s not practice I am old…. And obviously my blindness goes all the way to the roots.
It took me half the night to clean that mess up.
I fell out of the back of the truck the other day at the dump and busted my ars. I have absolutely no dignity left at all. I was so embarrassed but I started to step down out of the back and I thought my legs were under me and they disappeared. I have to go back to the dump today but I’m taking my car. I only have 1 bag and a box so my truck will be fine and I can’t fall out of that. The poor guy that works there freaked out. I’m not looking forward to seeing him again….
I have always been a ditz and a klutz but this is getting ridiculous and embarrassing….. and worst of all Hubby’s talking about stopping working on the road and finding something around here… that would be tragic. He’s always worked on the road and I love him dearly but don’t want him home under my feet all the time. He’s a lot of work and little help

I must say I think maybe the decarb does make a difference. I made some banana nut bread using the butter and ate just a small bit and it kicked my butt. The trim and popcorn I used was dated 4/17 and has been in the freezer that whole time. I was afraid it wouldn’t still be as good as fresh but again I was wrong….
it’s probably the strongest I’ve ever had…. One of my dogs thought it would be a good idea to help clean up my mess…. He’s still asleep. I check to make sure he’s still breathing periodically but he’s still snoring right along. Bet he wakes up with a hangover…..

Lily looks to be liking her new home and she grew a bit over night and is reaching for the light. I don’t think she’ll ever catch up with the other girls but she is at least trying now….
Make me some .lmao .last time u gave me some it was so good..
