Well the 2 limbs I accidentially snipped off the Wild Thai and stuck in a bottle of water in the window..... I put them in the pot of Berger BM1 Medium that the Green XXXXX never popped in and it seems they now have legs. They were in full bloom when I cut them off but they have reverted back and grown roots. Who knew.......

Poor Reggie! I have three clones with legs on them...When you take cuttings, are you making sure there is a node in the water? The node is where the roots grow out. There may be plants which will grow roots from the stem only, but the node will produce roots faster. I feel for you Reg.

GF, now you share this little nugget of info!!!! Good timing actually if Im wanting to take clones of my GG girls. Although Im thinking no clones this run then re veg to get them. As taking some now would spoil my lay out of the girls.

An experiment you can do when the time is right and you are ready to reveg. Leave the flux arms with some foliage and take some potting mix and pile it up on the limbs where there is a connecting node. See if you can get roots to develop that way and then you can actually divide the mother plant because each spot there is a root will become a new plant. Am I explaining this well enough that you get the idea?

Well if you really want me to put a pic of a water bottle from Walmart up I will but honestly all I did when I accidentally snipped off the limbs is open a bottle of purified drinking water... 16.9 oz size bottle... and put them in it. Then a couple of days later when I remembered them I put about a drop of superthrive in the water and forgot about them again.... When I remembered them a few days ago I had the pot I had put the Green xxxxx in that did not pop and just stuck them in it and put a dome on it. I have misted under the dome several times a day since and I lift off the dome for air a couple of times a day. One of the clippings has a node under the dirt and the other did not but they both have rooted..... I actually started not to post the clone thing Broke Ass cause I felt kinda bad for ya but I know you will get this as soon as you remember the K.I.S.S. system. You are over thinking it... Love ya man....

I'm confused Light.... Green Sun Amy sent me a light to try out and it is a ZNet4....(72x3w)... I put it in a 24"x24" Secret Jardin tent and the Wild Thai is potted up in a 7 gallon pot. I will admit so far I am totally loving the light and the Wild Thai is growing into a beast........

Oh I'm fine. Hurting a bit today but nothing tooo bad... My fella is home so that's makes everything better. Some days admittedly are better than others but think I am getting used to it or something cause it is not near as bad as it was at first.....

That whild thai looks spectacular!

I just wish i had some space in my grow box for my sativa that is in there.. Its a 100% sativa strain from south africa, and its completely unmanageable in the box. I constantly have to snip tops off in order to keep the tops from getting crispy under the lights. In conclusion, my grow box is too short to grow anything sativa or sativa dominant. I am in the works to build an almost 9' tall grow room so that i can flower my Sativa mother which is about 4' tall and 3' in diameter right now and getting topped every 4th or 5th day to keep the height under control. Needless to say, this one plant is overgrowing my bathroom (where my mothers are)!! Once i have a 8.5' tall space to flower a plant, that sativa will go in there and probably take over the entire 8.5'x9'x6' room i'm building!

Is your sativa super stretchy when forming the buds or are they more compact? My sativa is stretching like crazy still 40+ days into flowering. It just keeps stretching its tops hoping to make monster colas, however, i keep having to snip them off otherwise they will burn against the glass housing. My other plants in the box will be ready to harvest in 3 weeks. My sativa looks like its gona be almost another month at least, which i dont have the time for

But, I still like it. Yall are some hard folks in growing. Truly are.
Hope one day I will get the lingo down where I know all about lights. and plant life.
I watch Discovery other day, they were talking about O2 levels n plant life. Pretty good stuff.
someone told me on cloning plants. You need a lot of CO2 for plants, to breath into the dome.

Sorry I didn't get this in the last post but had to get home to check this. One of the good growers took a look at my upcoming grow supplies and noticed I had bought some MG Perlite and to see if there are nutes in the perlite they were correct. Will using this, .07% N, .07% P, .07% K, and .07% wetting agent, be detrimental when using the promix at 60% vermiculite at 20% and this MG perlite 20%? I'm thinking it won't affect it, but I want an expert opinion. LA you there? Just kidding Denise, what do you think?

I think she has pretty much finished her stretch and I did do some LST on her when she was in veg to be able to keep her canopy somewhat level and to control her height.....

Honestly I doubt with that low of numbers it would matter one way or the other but because it is time released and you have no control on how much or when it will release I would spend the couple of dollars and get just plain ol' perlite but if that isn't an option I wouldn't worry to much about using it........
