miwa could be Right, they are Really Flowery. yes You can make them go into flower Mode Now( THEY COULD BE ALREADY ANYWAYS), if You can, erect a small tent like structure,that is Big Enough for both Plants, Now and During Full Stretch and Flower. It is called a light Deprivation chamber, and you will need tarp(BLACK,CAN BE DOUBLED UP, IF ONE LETS IN TO MUCH LIGHT), and whatever Cheap Available Material You have to Build the Structure, make it as Cheap and Simple as You can, but Sturdy enough to endure the elements. Put this in some out of the way Place, and make sure Your Plants get as much direct sunlight as possible when outside, leave them out even if they are not getting full direct sun, but more direct is best for Flowering the Plants. Next, make sure they are only left outside for 12 hours each day, even if there is still light, move them to the Dep Chamber, and close them in,NO LIGHT, for 12 Hours, and You will end up with an early harvest!!! The Buds will be denser because of the Summertime Sun!!! But You really have to make sure 12-12, not easy to mess up, unless you are forgetful,lazy,Think AHHH, it is all right to leave them in/out a little longer, then it will not work so well!!!
I do not think You are any of those things, just giving examples of what can screw it up. If You cannot make a structure for it, yeah you can move them to a really shady spot, they still need some sun though!!! Your Buds, if you do it the latter way, will be probably VERY WISPY, and there will really not be a an exact time to Harvest Them. This is because the Gland heads, when donr this way, will turn amber at different Times, meaning You may have amber all over your buds, but they will not yet be ready to Harvest. You'll have to Harvest when you notice no more significant Growth. Plants can keep putting out hairs, at a high rate, but still be ready to Harvest. I know, confusing HUH!!!
But you should be able to tell when they are ready to come in!!! If You KNOW YOUR PLANTS, THEY WILL TELL YOU, SO DO NOT WORRY!!! But I think Your best bet is Light Dep, for all the right reasons.
