re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

I don't know if this may help you, but you know those elastic knee bands that athletes, and weight lifters use, well I picked up a box of 8 of those for like 6.00 on ebay. You could try pulling these up your legs when getting near the mosquitos, you could use 3 or 4 of these on each leg, I bought them for my mother-in-law's arithic 89 year old knees, now I use them too. Hope this may help you.grace
Thanks for the idea! I may have to give that a shot :Namaste:

Oh boy is right...you know there is going to be a problem with colas...have you thought of a way to give the plant and colas some support...without it our plants will be on the ground...
Im gonna Have it scrogged and prob some bamboo sticks for stragglers. Have u seen the netting Jorge puts over his plants? His big ones? Im gna do that for AH #2 and for #1 I'm gonna build a scrog out of PVc :) :Namaste: Thanks for stopping by miwa. On my way over to you right now.

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

Just use the JTGL, it works well in rain and wind!!! Because it's being held down, things do not flop all over the Place, or Brake as much, because the ARM-TOPS, are shorter and sturdier!!! Plus they are secured down as well. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.:thumb:

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

I was thinking along the same lines...going to check Jorge out...i got a surprise when i checked my garden this morn...in my 4 big pots...WS...PE...PH...and CM...while they were re-vegging...they drop some seeds ..i got sprouts in all pots..about 1/2 inches tall..when they hit 1 inch i will dig them out and re-plant...:thumb:

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

nice surpise then mate, gives you some extra plants to play with, your going to get some crazy growth doing the re-veg, im not sure if its the same as taking clones in flower but it should pretty much work the same and give you some crazy branch growth when the new growth starts, im so chuffed with my monster cropped plants that im going to do it to all my clones, my biggest plant thats monster cropped is going to have mant really big buds on it, i think its going to work out better than topping and better than lst, instead of short topped branches and tied down branches i have got loads of long branches with many nodes so should give me some very nice bud, well im hoping anyway, its my first time monster cropping and i got 3 plants that are monster cropped, 2 have gone crazy with growth and the other has got 2 stems,

First up today will be the Afghan Kush X skunk Lstd with several tops and FIMS. Getting a little yellow. Will need nutes when it becomes dry again. Rain storm on the way. will have to wait a few days. Here she is

Ok and now for the Mango(or Papaya) Has only been given a light dose of nutes since the transfer to 20 gallons. Everything else has been straight rain water. She has GREAT color. Growing nicely. I topped main stem and several spots around.

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

put some bat houses up they will eat their weight in mosquitos every day also try and rid your area of standing water and by the way bat houses are real easy to make:peace:
I blame the shakiness on the damn mosquitos! Anyone got good ideas to kill MASS amounts of mosquito population?
and your plants are awsome:)

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

Nice Plants DEEGE, Your pre-flowers do look a little flowery, but that does happen, especially if they almost went to Flower and reverted back to Veg. Notice that You have three fingered leaves coming out of them, that means either the strain doesthis naturally, I have plants that have only three fingered leaves, but it is because of strain. Yours look like they almost Flowered, or are about too. Ask yourself, how much direct sun they get, when you put them out, and if this is just normal along the whole Plants. i think their pre-flowers, still in veg, just really expressing their sex. could be weather, light, age, any of a number of factors. I love Your Ah's they are spectacular!!!:high-five: i notice you have joined the foot Porn Club!!!:bravo: And the not so known about, large forearm Porn club!!! Good work, lets keep an eye on the pre-flowering plants, it is late July, so maybe if they are an early flowering Strain, they are starting to flower. You'll know soon enough. Take care friend, SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.:thumb:

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

Hmmm. that sounds like a strong possibility. I remember prob like 2 months ago AH#1 did the same thing. Now a lot of those pistols turned brown and It has reverted back to veg. (I think) But anyways. I did notice its only the two plants in the back. Mango and Nl X skunk. So maybe I need to pay attention to the sunlight again. I thought I had it dialed in. Thats gna be hard though since its rain season. Usually rains once a day for a lil at least. So JTG. Say I wanted to flower one of these plants now. What if I put it in a heavily shaded spot to force flower? It that a possibility? Im thinking of doing it for the mango since its more of an indica and would be faster flower time. Reason I ask is because I am JONESING. No smoke haha. And kinda broke after all the money spent this year on the girls/ garden. So maybe if you agree I may put the mango in a more shaded spot. Would be kinda nice to get a nice lil Oz or something to hold me over before the big yields come in. Thanks again for stopping by JTG. I love hearing from you! You really inspire me. and my ears are ALWAYS open to you. :Namaste:

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

Plants are looking good Deege..those are not pre-flowers...she is in flower mode...no idea whats going on...genectic defect ..idk..i supper cropped the top of my plant..stems are so hard i broke about 5..and the stems are so hard the clones don't want to root...this is the first time growing a bush..don't know if i should scrog...stake..hell i might run a clothes line over the top and hang the colas (don't do that..probably pull them off)...nice video..i heard you pronouce my name wrong..its Miwa (my way) ha ha...looks like you don't need to grow inside...you're going to have a lot of Med...:thumb:

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

D, they look awesome, JamestheGreen is the one to show you how to stake those giants you have, they look very healthy, not having done an outside grow I can't give you any advice except listen to James. No mosquitos in this video, is that situation better?/grace

re: Deege420 Outdoor Garden

yes it is actually a bit better. Didn't even put on bug spray this time. A few bites but not as bad as feeling like 15 all bite at the same time every like 4 seconds. and yes JTG is one knowledgable Lad. I will ALWAYS listen to what he has to say lol thanks for stopping by guys!

@miwa they are really flowering huh? o well better sharpen the scissors gna be cutting from here on out till october/novemberish. (mi way) makes sense now haha. I was always wondering what "mee-wa" stood for haha thank god I got all the plants in accept for the AHs. they drink all the water they get lol. Plus I can't move them and they won't fit under my DIY. I put the AK X skunk under this heavily covered area that usually stays pretty dry during rain. BIG STORMS coming. Not worried though the AHS will be fine (knock on wood) they have made it through tropicals before and even tornados spinning nearby!
