DD Stable Of Impermanence

lol, all my measurements are grams/4L, so if you see me say 6g anywhere throughout the forum I'm normally referring to 6g/4L. For most it doesn't make a difference, but to me it does as well. :thumb:
I will remember that too Mr a. I cant work all the conversion to L from us-UK, then us teaspoon 4.9ml-uk 5ml There calc on the site can do it for you too. offers L or Gall ans res size too. I am now at 10g/10L And the additional calmag and silica at 10 ml , PK warrior at 6ml. All seems good on it so far and trying to finish some on the shogun dragon force/sumo boost for a comparison too. wish I could get the mc into the L.o.s but without an overload or allowing the bennies to die off first and then treating it as normal soil with amended feed. hoping 2nd run no-till on the loss will be even better to compare with a straight run of MC too.

Congrats on the MC and sorry about the slash and the smell. My wife makes me do all measuring outside!

Have you also considered a d.i.y aero cloner. Prof made one I think or InTheShed.
Link in my sig if anyone is interested.
I needed the ... silica for training lst
Not sure how those two are related though. I LST'd my It's It Punch this summer, straight MegaCrop, 281 grams dried:

I was considering it out loud when Shed explained he doesn’t use it anymore and linked me to beez’s method which is giving me results.

I have not a doubt in my mind about info from you Shed at all and wow on the yield. I got trapped as I hate waste sadly. I have whole bottles of gh trio , shogun , some canna , biobizz and it kills me to lob them away but the MC being new to me had me keeping a reserve. I do like the shogun products in all honesty and Dragon force does work well similar to terpinator for a nice finish. Silica for me , has been notably missing when I tried training my photoperiods without it in the past. could have been another factor but without going back and over the grow , I couldn't say for sure. Moving to the MC and seeing the mix farside05 used seemed a good mix for me with the autos. As it was my 1st attempt at them and MC , I was worried about how much I could do with them before they hit flower or got stunted by recovering from training ,topping ect... . I am finishing the others off on this mix I use but will drop the silica and calmag now too. The pk and boost are still going in for another week at least then just the MC. Daring to be a "no flush bandit " , I do think MC will show this to be the right way to go .

I’m in two minds whether to finish the flower girls on mega crop... or just as they were.
MC for the win!
I'm not sure if this comes out big enough but it's handy to have if you can read it.

Printed and proving useful. Thanks again, Saugs. 8 litres h20 with 12.7g mc for late flower. :yahoo: All this free time now..

Couldn’t see it in your sig. it used to be there. Here ‘tis beez0404’s cloning tutorial.
Pulling up a chair buddy. Love your opening intro. Shipping through though if okay :passitleft:
You’re most welcome, sir. I would’ve suggested skipping most of it to get here  We’ll done.

Week Seven

Hello all. I hope you’ve all had as good of a week as poss.

Our veg girls all got topped at their second nodes a couple of days ago. For now I have left the shoots on at the first nodes in case I need them for clones. Heck I’ll probably cut them as clones regardless.
I have already culled a couple of the cuts I took last week. Lessons learned: media too damp and compacted too hard. New clones are moist and light and fluffy. 17 hopefuls under cups and dome. I’ll be surprised if half make it. The good thing about a low batting average while I’m starting out is I’ve left room for achievable improvements.

Her growth is slightly slower than her stable sisters. I’m thinking she’s a heavier feeder who hasn’t been given a decent feed yet. I wonder if either of her parents were noticeably hungry @Ganjagrandaddy ? She was a lighter green which I thought was just her, then mega crop seems to have evened the colours out. So I’ll mix a heavier litre for her and trickle it round her edges. In a day or two.

I’ve got some close ups of their frames to load and some snaps from the flower room this morning. Faust thing’s Faust as the devil would say - I’ll be back when I’ve had the dogs out.

Keep smiling, y’all.

Great job on the training, DD !
All that topping's gonna pay off bigtime on harvest day...

Cheers man I sure hope so. Another week or two of veg time is ok while jars are still stocked :ganjamon:
They're looking happy to me! :goodluck: with the clones.
Thanks Shed. It’s unlucky to be superstitious I say, but yeah - fingers crossed if you’ve got ’em.
:thumb: looking good DD
Thanks Gerry :high-five:
Looks good all around... that'll do Donkey, that'll do.

Thanks for your support, fellas your encouragement helps.

I’ve taken the stays off of her lower laterals for now, but left the ties on the uppers. You can see some healthy new node development which is even bigger after two days since this picture.

Same with only needing the top stays on to keep the tops level. She’s chugging away.

She has none of her stays left on for now. She might be playing catch up just to get her head and shoulders out while the other two get topped again.

There are a few factors dictating how long they’ll veg. Viability of clones is one. Timing-wise though I think they’ll be ready to jump under the HPS as soon as these girls are done..

They are at week 8 and already hooning into their final swell. They are rock hard solid. I could hammer nails in with some of these.
The buds on the iPurples are bigger than any in her last two iterations and trichs are still clear. I’ll be revegging one.
They’ve been getting greener, not more yellow which is how they were going, since feeding with mega crop. I’m seeing less chlorosis in the canopy than there was a week ago.

This is the third time through for Isabelle Red. This time she hasn’t shown the colour I’m used to seeing on her. It’s only coming out a little now. I’m guessing the colour was a scream for help after all and that maybe I’m a better gardener now a little bit. Remember this..?

I’m not advocating cruelty to plants, but it sure was pretty :battingeyelashes:

Hey Dd. Hope your good mate and nearing some.decent treatment now.?.
All the ladies looking spot on and damn healthy. Mc has a way of doing that. love the stuff.
I am surprised by our girls smaller height as both parents were lanky beans with fairly long node lengths like a sativa. Her original Mother ( not my clone from the seeding g but her mum. ) Hit well over 1.5m and only had 2-3 weeks veg in the rdwc as the rest of the girls needed flipping and she was a late planted seed. She (Hulkberry) she grew very tall fast. Gelato was a leggy girl too , again with long node spacing. ?. Hopefully she will be a mid height fat cola'd monster when flowering. Doing her proud mate. training is looking on point. Glad your enjoying the Mc.

Well. I talked to my GP yesterday. I extemporised politely on the theme of ‘your are my primary healthcare provider and I am not receiving any’ for 20 minutes. Again. She agreed and thanked me and we’ll see if she makes good yet.
Thanks for asking though.
Doing her proud mate.
I’ve tied her top laterals down again as she is showing signs of willing once again. She may have had some root shock maybe. I know she’s light starved the veg light situation is an ongoing conversation in the Stable. Add to that underfeeding..
It’s a wonder she’s in such great condition I guess. They all are. Their leaves all feel soft and fresh, not papery at all like my Isabelles have always been.
Thinking about getting a refractometer at some point for looking at the brixyness of things.
It took me three runs to get one of mine right. I’m sure I can turn our HulkLato around quicker than that. :nerd-with-glasses:

Thanks for the kind words, mate and thanks to you fellas too Shed and Pres and Joe for the same.

:yummy::peace::meditate:

Garden is looking spot on DD. I think temperature has most effect with bud colour. I’ve grown using the same cut for a long time and I used to get great colour in the cold winter grows but normal green the rest of the year.
