Just a little more time. We're looking at mostly good weather. Lots of cloudy days with a few rainy coming here.Highya SO,
Yes, I harvested both mobstas, one yesterday, one today, thanks for asking. Todays had a few small places of budrot. Good thing I brought them in. The trichomes said they're ready. I still have a couple Apollo 13s and a Debo Skunk out in the garden, along with my 10 ft. stepladder, lol. All this rain and humidity is making me nervous, and I think they'll need the next two weeks to finish.
Glad to see you have the most desired phenotype. I hope she does you well. Hope you and the missus are doing well! Happy Smokin'
Actually, I do have on hand, a pretty large supply of pipe-making materials, but if you'd like to have a souvenir of Miss Stankberry, send me some pieces and I'll make for you a pipe. It's yours for a PM Beez! It'd go to waste in my hands. In yours, years of useful beauty! You probably have enough of these though.
You sir are a beautiful man! Thank you!Actually, I do have on hand, a pretty large supply of pipe-making materials, but if you'd like to have a souvenir of Miss Stankberry, send me some pieces and I'll make for you a pipe.
Heirlooms for special occasion, every one!Of course, the rest of us will want to see it. Probably goes without saying.
You're a doll BL. A doll!if you'd like to have a souvenir of Miss Stankberry, send me some pieces and I'll make for you a pipe.
I was laying on the couch and I felt an impulse in my canna radar......it was telling me that I needed to check in on the Otter. Man what a site brother! Warms my heart to see you growing one of my girls so impressively! Well done my friend. Well done.FLOWERING AMENDING DAY , THE TRIO
Good day folks. it's a muggy warm day today. I'll take it! Still only mid 70's going to mid 80's. NIce pot growing daze! Made the trio up for 5 gallons and pumped it all into her tummy! YUM!
She's making some good bud development. Only 4 weeks to party time if things go well, maybe more or less.
Her largest inner leaves are getting eaten by her and shriveling up. Maybe a couple of dozen. Did I mention I cut the last outdoor grow down on October 3rd? That's going to be early for this one but not by much.
Here she is today.
Starting to frost up!
She's cooking with gas! Have a great hump day everyone! Stay safe and love your neighbor!
Thinking thats about the date that the budrot set in out here. Was hoping I wasn't going to see any on her, but I can't say I am surprised this year. Everyone I talk to is or has chopped most of their outdoor crops as of today. Acres and acres going down to bud rot.SITUATION NORMAL, BOTRYTIS (bud rot) UPDATE
OK, it appeared enough to see today. In about a half dozen places in buds I found botrytis growing. I took that out with my fingers. When I go on my multi times a day lookies I'll carry a trimming scissor so I can get in with surgical precision from here on in. This pic is the best I could do. Botrytis, get rid of it!
She's looking awesome brother! Stay on top of the daily search for bud rot. I like to keep a bottle of water and H2O2 mixed at a 4:1 ratio to spray around the areas that I cut any infected buds away. This will kill any spores lingering in the area.Eye Cap! She's Frosty as a penguins tail feathers today at a few weeks to go! Check her out!
Adjust in time noted!
GETTING THERE! STANKBERRY 2021 UPDATE!
We're blessed with another mostly sunny morning today. Almost no dew to shake off! It was time to give her another dose of the trio. So in went 5 gallons worth. I'm going weekly with this now. She looks to be using it so I'll keep at it. It's double rate in time, although who knows given the size of her when she'll call foul. We may see.
Here she is this day.
Purple cola on top is losing it's purpleness some.
I'm noticing one or two new bud rot spots and cutting them out every few days so not bad.
Happy Wednesday folks you're almost there!
The answer to that GDB.....is ALOT! Otter killing it on this grow!Riddle me this, "How much will this big girl produce?" (And my version: dada dadadada, dada dadadada).
UPDATE FOR US WHO FORGET THE CAMERA
Hey folks, it was 49f this morning. Not bad at all for here I think. She keeps on thriving! I gave her the Trio one more time today. That may be the end of that! Tomorrow she'll get sprayed with BT and next day possibly her last feed of @GeoFlora Nutrients Flower. We are in the end days now. If she keeps for 2 weeks more I'll look for a third if needed looking at trichs. Weather looks positive from here.
The scary thing would be a huge Botrytis outbreak so that's going to be a thing to watch.
Still not one hint of PM on her. I check every day.
NEVERMIND I WENT TO GET A PIC OR TWO
The guaged
Told you
Enjoy the day you have! I will!
LATE BREAKING NEWS UPDATE
Snipped off a bud mistakenly today. Dried it and rolled it up. Gave it a light and i'm happy to tell you she's "The Stankberry Muffin" @Van Stank talks about! Even fast dried in the toaster oven it tasted like the best blueberry weed ever! EVER! I understand now Stank! Grown in my soil indoors it's different! WOWZA! It hit pretty well for being what I feel is 2+ weeks early.
Hey Shed! I see you buddy! Glad to see you still kicking it here. I'm still doing what I do. Needed to focus on some personal stuff, mostly health and that required me leaving all the online stuff alone for a while. Neck and shoulders were so bad that looking down at anything just set the nerves off and sent all the surround muscle groups into a state of constant contraction. I kept trying to just push through it with all the gardening requirements and then the physical requirements of the work load here on the property and it just got to be too much. Down shifting gears has been tough for sure but it's necessary.Did you give him a cut? For a while he was looking for that pheno to try some back crossing to stabilize it. Dunno what he's doing these days since he's never here any more!
Azimuth, also starting a new grow, will drop some worm castings into my next seed soak soon. They will see the same in soil soon anyway. I like it. CheersHey SO. It's worth keeping a small container just for this purpose. The smallest I've done is a 1L yogurt tub. Just made some air holes around the top and in the lid with a soldering iron. Then threw some kitchen scraps in and a few worms and in no time had enough castings.
You really only need a teaspoon or so of castings in, say, 4-8 oz of water. Then use that to soak the seeds for a day or two and then dump the castings water where you're going to plant the seeds.
Do it! You won't regret it. Well, for next time. Sounds like that ship has sailed already this round...
Great to see you here checking on both your neighbor and your genetics! Sorry to hear about the outside rot and the interior pains but I hope it's settling down with the rest you're getting.Hey Shed!
