Ahoy me little brother,
The waters are less frosty now, but many thanks for the well wishes during the storm. Folks like you and @InTheShed are real life examples of the @420  .

We been thinking maybe your foliar antagonization with MeJA occurred prematurely when compared to the stage of bloom me indoor girls are at the beginning of the week 6 in flower. Big buds are already formed when I have applied the treatments. Im thinking your buds were not yet formed at what you called week 6, so thats our difference. This is not to say that your treatment was or is less effective. I dont know. never did it on a outdoor plant.

I anticipate you will be well rewarded as the antagonization has positive effects on early bloom of other plant species documented in scientific journals in abstract composition. Without a control plant for comparison we will have to trust your judgement. This captain says she will put a strong wind in your sails.

Eye Cap! She's Frosty as a penguins tail feathers today at a few weeks to go! Check her out!
Adjust in time noted!

GETTING THERE! STANKBERRY 2021 UPDATE!

We're blessed with another mostly sunny morning today. Almost no dew to shake off! It was time to give her another dose of the trio. So in went 5 gallons worth. I'm going weekly with this now. She looks to be using it so I'll keep at it. It's double rate in time, although who knows given the size of her when she'll call foul. We may see.
Here she is this day.
Purple cola on top is losing it's purpleness some.

I'm noticing one or two new bud rot spots and cutting them out every few days so not bad.
Happy Wednesday folks you're almost there!

Naaaw purplish gone :| guess she kinda fixed herself and if pH got more balanced it might get the green color back.

I also managed to pull out some shades. Dont think the whole leave gets purple, but at least some of the smallest sugar leaves got fully purple :)

Looking great Stone,
If you have a squirt or two left of the meja you might hit the bud rot spots with it directly spraying infected areas. Got no proof yet but think it could be a game changer for the fight against such critter attacks. just sayin

I mean, this is just straight up ridiculous Otter. Again I go back to the insane health of this plant. Very very late in the grow cycle to be looking so damn good, in complete health, showing no deficiencies. For an outdoor plant? You have pushed all the right buttons on this one man. So impressed. And the buds!! My God, the buds. Betcha you won't have trouble if you need to find someone to help you trim all that bounty. Lord.

Nice purps there Verbalist! Stankberries was odd to see one branch here and there only. If she makes it, she should have purple bud all over like her mom. Here's the mother of the one growing now.
full

Guess you can't see the purple, but the jarred bud is very much purp. Day 65 from flip.

Now that you mention it Jon my grows normally don't look this good this late as far as deficiencies. Only a few weeks more please weed Gods? Man that means I'm almost done feeding. 2 more after tomorrow and that should wrap it up!

Highya SO,

Ms. Stankberry looks gorgeous! You have to be pleased with her progress! All that mass of buds, and some huge top colas as well! I think you're right with the 6 week guess. Mine go 10 weeks and I harvest around the middle of October. A couple are only 9 weeks, though.Looks like yours may go 10 weeks. We'll see! Happy Smokin'

Yeah, that mid October is looking like the time. That means it's bud plumping time! Man she smells nice! What a hand I have after shaking! I bet you do too!

Judging by the angle of the SUN... and the refraction from VENUS... I'd say 5 weeks... maybe 5.5.

She's looking Awesome Stone... I see those inner leaves are thinning out every day. No worries, Let her SHED away.
Hey Johnnie! Wish I had 5 weeks. Maybe but not likely. It's going to get cold cold by then! My first killing frost is usually mid October. Everything after that will be a bonus! Refraction from Venus! Hah! Kinda like the square of a hair.

She stopped shedding as fast as she was I believe. Whew! She's got plenty for the job!

If she is normally a 10 week(er) indoors, don't be surprised when it's 9 weeks and she's done. 3 to 3.5 weeks and she's Finished No doubt. You lose a minute each day outside, and I find(many seasons) they ripen faster than Indoor plants(7-10 days faster, I used to:( grow 8-9 week plants outside and done late September EARLY October), unless you are doing other Far Red manipulation to mimic what happens naturally Outside. Your plant is On track... Good Vibes.. to the Tribe. :Namaste:

Are you harvesting your outside plants by trichome color or based on testers? I ask because I have learned that amber outside doesn't have the same meaning as it does in a tent because of the sun, so a plant that seems ready to harvest earlier outside (by color) may not be really ready yet.

This has come up a lot lately (since we're now in Fall), so here is a post I made recently:

It's not so much that trichome color generally may not be as accurate outside as much as it is that amber may not be the best gauge outside.

@Amy Gardner always told me that outside amber isn't like tent amber because of the impact of the sun on trichomes, and @BeezLuiz discovered that harvesting based on the standard tent-based reading of amber left him with very low THC numbers and zero CBN. Here are his tests results.

So we are harvesting later than we have in the past to see how that goes. I've taken to letting the plant tell me when it's done, including when the smell changes and it starts drinking much more slowly, in addition to the number of cloudy/clear trichomes.
