Basements are wear it's at...... I miss mine. I had one that was cool all year round..

I really like mine. All except the 6' ceilings. I'm thinking about building a custom grow box to get the full 6'

I was living in this house in the Mid West that had a storm shelter under it. It had 9' ceilings about 10X12' and cinderblock walls that radiated cold. I jumped on that room... Brang in a air supply and it was on.. Grew there for 4-5 years 24/7/365. Hated moving from there... Grew many a good plant there... Just needed 2 dehumidifiers there to keep it under 50%.

I keep a 70 pint dehumidifier running. I get around 2 gallons a week out of it. My house is all brick and block. It stays cool

Haha, that's true brother! I'm thinking about using a scrog net for my next round of Jew gold. I really don't care for nets because I like mobility for inspections. But it's a good stable plant so maybe I can get better yeild with a scrog

Thanks! I had so much trouble cloning the 24k the first time, now it's really easy to get roots. Still more time consuming than others but when it takes, it really takes off

I have trouble with clones here and there.

I think it's when temps get above or below a certain temp has alot to do with it. I use one of them turbo cloners and I think that few gallons of water wicks up the ambient temps. My room stays a constant tho alittle warm. But when it's cooler outside,, they seem to root hella fast. Seems like some time I'm batting 1000 and others take forever only to slime off. I've had the hardest trying to clone main tops. Small woodier ones seem to work the best for me tho. Besides not having to waste main colas come harvest. I've also lost afew plants I kind of wanted to grow out again because they just woodn't clone.

Speaking of clones,, it is getting time to think about the fall gardens. I'm going with all clones. Man's been awhile since I planted a seed. Your little one should fit right in come fall...

Congratulations on the cutting. The mother is starting to look good. Didn't stretch to much. And is getting her share of frost. The whole tent looks good....

Thanks for stopping by Woody! I use a dwc cloner most of the time. But the 24k won't root in that one, most strains do ok in it. Lately I have been using rapid rooters. I soak the plug in clonex solution, take the cut, dip into clonex gel, put it in the plug and drop it in a empty solo. Then cover it with a clear solo, like a dome. If I don't get roots in 14 days I go ahead and plant it in soil. A week later it's rooted everytime so far. 4 for 4 this round. It's funny how some plants will root really fast in a cloner and others just won't

Dam I need to clean up the bottom of the that one. It's been crowded in the 3x4x60". Here it is with 2 24k's and a 9lb Hammer. 24k's are at 6 weeks. They look like they might finish faster than the original seed plant. It went 9 weeks, these clones might finish couple days earlier. Starting to get a little fade. It's crowded like @PotChimp tent

I'm fixing to have to get a litter of puppies ready for fall. I'll probably shoot for 6 for that side of the room. So I have to take 8 cuts,, should do it. And I already have 4 Cripits going. If these are close to the same I grew last time,, they have no stretch so I'll let 4 get abit larger, for the other side. The pup is a temperamental plant. She always looks sickly and over watered. But that's par for the course with everyone I ever grew out of her. But she does finish well.

I use to use the plugs.. Also I used vita-grow for a cloning solution. They pulled it for the shelf here. Was produced by a local hydro store here. Shit wood root a popsicle stick. I just looked and found one person that carries it anymore,, and they want double what it use to cost. Tomorrow I'm calling the store to see if they started marketing it again. Stuff is like dip and grow. Was 20 bucks a pint.

Good luck with finding the cloning gel you are looking for Woody! Today I went and got 3 new five gallon buckets and up potted 3 good sized 24k clones. Two of them are half full of the super soil recipe I mixed back in June. One in straight ffof soil. It'll be a good comparison to see how they respond to the hot organic mix. Hopefully it works out cause I have a shit load of it mixed up. All three were root bound in 1 gallon pots. One was starting to get a little yellow, hopefully it perks up. Here's the veg tent
