here my update for day 38 on my CK WHITE COOKIES fems PRINCESS & CAMILLE

i finally got PH up and PH down so i got the chance to do a full and proper feeding and i think they already look better even after one day.

and here's a shot of PEARLS, who is now on day 8. RIP to her sister, DIAMONDS, who
for some reason didn't make it past week one. :-(

and when the better meters come, i think i will be able to get in to a groove that i can easily repeat.

As every seed is unique,even they were under the same condition,they may react different.

i will be doing the full water tomorrow.

but there's a spot of good news. the PH is not too high and the plant has likely not locked up.

i used a C.I.L. soil test kit to check the PH and it is not nearly as crap as i had thought...

so now all that remains is to make a perfect batch of nutes and then get it perfectly PH'd to
6 or 6.5 and then hope for the best!! thoughts on the perfect number are graciously accepted

i will be happy when all the new tools arrive and i can get these issues in hand.

BECAUSE

the new girls were doing ok, but then DIAMONDS took a really horrid turn.

PEARLS looks really good to me.

i did the same thing to both of them, so i am not sure why one headed towards the bright light at the end of the universe and one looks really nice.

here we are back on DAY 41.

at this point, i am hoping someone who has experience with FIM'ing would give me some advice.
i think these 2 girls are getting close.

as i said above, i'd love to hear from someone who knows topping and fim'ing. i want to try it
on these two. CAMILLE is about a week behind PRINCESS in development but i think both of
them might be close to the right time.

so since the watering last wednesday, everyone seems to be doing ok!

and i popped another seed of the AUTO CK NL to replace DIAMONDS. so i will have
a nice range going! let's see if any of them will flourish.

i think the full feeding of last week has done wonders.
i just did another one tonight, so i will take new pics in another day or two.

Did you figure out the topping and fimming thing cylob? Just in case you're still wondering, I can try to explain. When you have a top, it will begin to grow two little sets of leaves on either side of it. I wait until the top is extended enough so I can take it cleanly. I use my thumbnail and finger and pinch it off cleanly at the base. That is topping. When you miss and get the leaves and leave some growth, that is FIMing. Fuck I Missed is what it stands for. I hope I cleared this up for you. If not, ask away and I will upload some of my pictures.

(i had read a lot and looked at some youtube vids.)

in the end, i topped PRINCESS and FIMd CAMILLE.
both of them seemed to take it pretty well.

i am just about to post a small update!!

here's a small update on day 67

all the squad is looking pretty great these days!

the 2 extra auto NL are taking off. one of them had died after a week or so, so i started another
seed in it's place.

but the stars of the show are for sure the 2 WHITE COOKIES...

they have been in veg for 67 days now and are looking pretty great!!

to remind, PRINCESS was topped and CAMILLE was FIMd.

and in the other strain, the auto NL, it *might* have started to bloom...which could be bad for me
as i topped it the other day. i might have waited too long...it looks to have taken it ok, it's been nearly a week
but i wonder what the outcome of chopping it like that will have on the bloom phase?
