thank you so much snid!! i appreciate your kind words and your help along the way...
i am really happy and proud of my results. i am still curing, but based on a couple of
tests, i think i did a decent job and i know i can improve on the next effort.
no pics i'm afraid. when i did the chop i totally forgot to take pics. :-(

i say a big thank you to you too!!!!
