Man that stuff can taste foul if used in excess. Yeah when using that (which is rarely) a drizzle is to much. It's great with in things, but only use a small amount "white truffle oil" makes a mushroom risotto fantastic. I've made a few fail "White truffle vinaigrette's" in my time.

OK....I'm baked. I read this started laughing. There's a place just North of us that serves truffles on about half the menu. Their truffle rissoto is ridiculous. I'm surprised it's not illegal. There is nothing finer than driving down the hill from wine country and stopping at the restaurant, fresh baked, and get the Mushroom Truffle Risotto.

Damn! High Brix Lemon Paki+ tonite. This late cat drench made it radioactive. Damn strong.....I don't even know what I'm typing here.

Now that truffle risotto sounds amazing Doc. Nothing beats a beautiful white truffle so wonderfully earthy. Crazy good stuff. Now the "oil" is blah. I wouldn't doubt if most of the truffle oil we buy is rancid.

I'm super happy that paki turned out like that for you. It really amped up the diesels too :high-five:
 
Fair enough, I got the new toy up 6ft high and brighter than hps without the obnoxious bright point to blind you,such cool amount light not nearly as pink as in pics,tho I white balance most my pics ,new journal will start today, I'll send an invite

Awesome bro!!! I was checking out their site it seems like a pretty nice light and Buck seems to get rather good results with it. I'm sure you will as well.

It's a bummer day in MI today...I had to turn on the heat...A true sign of bad things to come..Good thing I'll have loads of meds to get me through this bummer of a winter (winter's suck here) and look forward to heading south, at least for a little while (I have tickets to a redwings game down there).

lol I feel ya man, although I like winter for the first few months. Cheaper heating bills with the hps.

Man...Maybe I'm just getting old but when it gets below 40 degrees, I hate it. The heat here is electric so hps just made things worse. Now don't think I'm like all bummed out and shit, not the case at all. I live in Michigan, we expect this bullshit every year, it just always sucks when it happens.


I'll at least open the side door and snap some frosty pink pics today. I'll take them out tomorrow morning for pics, they all just got watered.
 
Hi curso, been reading your and doc buds journal and curious to know what a cat drench is. I don't get a lot time on the puter cuz I take care of my disabled wife. But doing my best to learn from you guys. Can this cat drench be applied to hydro?

That's crazy, I don't even feel Comfortable until it gets down into the lower 60's mid 50's Fahrenheit.

Sorry but no it wont work in a hydro application. It only really works well in soil as it signals the friendlies to eat and excrete reproductive properties to the plant. It's really not food for the plant, but food for the soil. Remember when reading either of our journals we never feed the plant we feed the soil which in return feeds the plant. Even when we mention the foliar sprays those too signal the microbes to bring the plant the food it desires.
 
in comfy from 67f to bout freezing then im just aggravated cuz pipes freeze and i need to dig a 40 ft ditch for a waterline still and skirt the new addition,so much work for a crippled old fatboy work 5 min rest 10 gets little done, and we have had our first frost already, hell it was nearly a month ago! we fired up a space heater in the bedroom bout the same time no fall this year, it went from 100 to 35 in 1 day! now the wind is blowing in a storm ,ac during the day heat at night its a crazy place we live it is common to see a 50 degree swing from night to day
