Curso's True High Brix!

I jest. That's always the fight against legal cannabis(Montana was able to repeal their MMJ law by blaming teen consumption on it). I wish someone would say that to me since every child that grew up in a farming community in the last 15,000 years lived, breathed & played around cannabis their whole lives. I can't believe we have to justify our right to this plant with all that history proves about it! It offends me more than words to hear someone say cannabis is bad considering that not a person on earth thought that until 100 years ago. It's too bad the US & world is too fucking dumb to listen to history & science...I'm not a huge edibles fan but I need more sleep so I'm gonna look into making my last meal of the day quite potent to help me sleep.

This will be fantastic!!! I think it would work really well with 2 seating's in an old big house. Almost like a bed and breakfast style of thing, without the letting them sleep there. Although that's also a fantastic idea have a captive audience for a cannabis infuse bulletproof coffee and a shot at nature...

There is so much you can do to infuse cannabis into food. It's an incredible ingredient, I'm really looking forward to the day I can use both of my skill sets to make something beautiful for the world to eat.

We do stationed desserts with what you listed still. I haven't worked in a restaurant in a long time but if and when I do again, the waiters don't get to be lazy, their job is to sell the food. They need to be involved to really get rid of stuff. It annoys me with how little wait staff does these days. It's amazing to see a waiter flipping a flaming pan of cherries..its what we pay for. Customer's don't pay to see us running around like chickens with our heads cut off. They pay for professionalism, the more they pay, the more professional the service should be. If they want me to pay $15 for that creme brulee (I know the cost on it) they had better burn that thing in front of me. I know pantry cooks that burn off what they think they'll use up for the night...

It's my opinion that not everywhere needs to be kid friendly. I don't have kids its nice to go eat places where there aren't any.
Several of our local wineries have Inns and Restaurants attached.

One in particular has seating for 12, one seating per night. The staff for those 12 diners is 6 wait staff, chef and sous chef. Every meal is paired with their award winning wine. Average experience about 4 hours. This place is located in the middle of nowhere....super remote...45 minutes of back road driving to get there. No lights, nothing but trees, stars, wild life and the winery.

Guests staying in the Inn can walk from the table to their rooms. It is PERFECT for what we're talking about, but alas.....if they were to do what we're suggesting here they'd be shut down pronto.

So, we merely step outside between courses....the staff doesn't mind. In fact, they like to join us! We've befriended the chef and sous chef, along with the owner of one place.....just a little sharing does the trick.

One time they brought out a bottle of 1999 Cab Reserve for us after dinner, served it with a ridiculous fig desert. Weed brings people together.

Here is Tpp doing her thing I have her some energy yesterday...It's time to try the edible :)...

That is amazing!!! I think in our life time we'll be able to enjoy an experience that we're describing. It's funny what a little bit of weed does with people. Once we realize we have that in common with people, some people (who have to hide it) feel a big lift of pressure off of them and they can just be themselves. I'm pretty open about my cannabis use but I don't force it down peoples throat.

I was the head chef at a bed and breakfast in Oxfordshire England in the middle of nowhere. It was busy and amazing. I did 2 seating's there. It's really fun to get out there and interact with the guests. I get out there and talk all sorts of shit, I have a good gift with talking to people, especially about food. I loved it there. Local sausage was amazing.

One day...

As long as you give the cannabis away to people over 21 in a private place. You can do anything you want with it in CO. Places wouldn't advertise as such for fear though. I've always wanted a steak house that I could enjoy a cigar in. I like a steak & a spicy cigar with a port!

One day...

One night in particular, we were at one of the more "rustic" wineries at a stargazing party. This is a "members only" event and consists of outdoor buffet, lots of wine, desert and a short walk up a hill if you want to view the stars through telescopes the size of a 55 gallon drum.

Again, no lights, no sounds....just stars. At the telescope site, we could dissappear into the darkness by walking 10 yards into the rows of grapes and smoke a fatty. After a BBQ dinner, toke and stargaze, we found ourselves sitting around the fire with:

A lesbian couple who were both DA's in Missouri.
A former NFL football player (multi-year probowl) and his trophy wife who happened to live next to this winery who rode to dinner on horseback
An ex-cop who married a defense attorney who used to bust drug offenders
2 young couples about 30 years old on a weekend vacation
2 single men who were wine makers who rented space/equipment from this winery to do their own press/bottling.
Doc and Mrs. Bud

We were all fast friends for maybe 2 hours around that fire. Each sharing stories, listening, laughing, toking.

It doesn't get much better for a Saturday night. Weed, food and a bit of wine does all this. I myself only had 2 small glasses of wine, as I was driving. No one was smashed or drunk. We were just happy.

And there are laws against this type of thing......

See it's stories like this and the last line that are proof that the laws are really against a peaceful society. There is no money in peace or healthy people..

You are so right bro. Ayn Rand said, "The state has no power over an innocent man." In other words, you can't dictate and control people who haven't done anything wrong. So they enact laws, statutes, regulations and rules in order make sure that each of us is guilty of something. In this way they can control us.

For some reason---and I can only speculate here---people who use cannabis see right through this crap. Totalitarian dictatorships ALWAYS make weed illegal....but they embrace alcohol and make sure people can get it.

There's something about weed that allows us to see the corruption and hypocrisy for what it is....and gives us the courage to defy them. We do this peacefully, making friends along the way.

It's a huge threat to those who want to use fear, poverty, envy and greed to control people for their own selfish reasons. Smoking weed cuts right through the bullshit and exposes this kind of thing. I don't fully understand it, but there's something there.

You're 100% right bro.

It's always been funny to me that human beings forget about the "being" part of our existence and become something else like human followings or something along those lines. Maybe cannabis takes the "sheep" out of us. I'm guessing they discovered that depleting all the natural cannaboids we are born with out and illegal means to revive it, turns us into better sheep for everybody.

That Urkle is going to rock. LED makes the most happy leaves......

I might have an opportunity to test a new dual arc bulb. We'll see.

Nice!!! That'll be an interesting bulb for sure.

Yeah man led makes some happy, happy plants. Your plant under the led looks fantastic Doc. It really makes the kit easy. Especially for small grows. It just makes dialing in the environment in a whole lot easier with so much less heat. I'm not saying small grows wont be successful with hps. Its just easier if you dont have a super hot bulb to cool in a tent.

I feel this purple urkle is more suited for outdoor growing. She needs a long veg and a longer flower time. Just not suited for my tent growing. I am happy to be able to grow her, she has a fantastic grape scent already. I might have to break down and make some concentrate with that plant. Grape dabs sound's pretty nice.

I think I might have a dude or 2 of the ppp which is good, the one that is blooming smells like fruit punch skunk (I might rename her that too). I have clones of them all so I have the dude going. It looks like it's going to yield better than opp so I might play with this pollen instead of the OPP :high-five:

Dude! In a few states it's illegal to collect rain water! Wth!?! Lawmakers say it belongs to someone else down stream so its not yours to keep.

While I understand the point, it's not like everyone is trying to collect an Olympic size pool of it.

I think the real reason is they want you to pay for your water services.

Well, I'd choose to dine without them most of the time. But FWIW, I have kids at home. We treat weed exactly the same as alcohol in our family.

Our kids are not allowed to drink or smoke until: 1. They get their medical card at age 18 and pay for it themselves. Then they can smoke weed as an adult. 2. No drinking until age 21.

We'd take them to a restaurant described above, but they couldn't have anything infused....just like they can't order drinks.

Also, I envision low-potency/high flavor cannabis in the future.
Very well put Doc. On another note I may just be making a few sacrifices in the next couple of months. After the last few weeks here with Curso's and Shotta's grows I've decided Doc's High Brix is a must!

You've got it right. The folks farming in the front yard? Several people have been brought up on criminal charges for gardening veggies in the front yard in several states.

As for rainwater, the water that falls on your property is YOUR water. The water that is under your property is YOUR water. These are called riparian rights and they are some of the most ancient of all laws.

A government that tells you you can't collect rain water is a government must be ignored. I do not believe in violent revolution! That produces a new boss....same as the old boss.

We cannabis users have gotten our revolution via peaceful means. We've ignored stupid federal laws for years. We've hidden from them, mocked them, and generally told them to F-off. Many have been jailed, not a few have been killed, but for the most part, the cannabis revolution has been a model of peaceful resistance. I don't know of a bunch of cannabis activists ever attacking the feds. I do know many instances of armed feds attacking unarmed cannabis users, however.

We are winning. It has worked and will continue to work!

People in states that have laws against collecting rainwater need to ignore those laws, same as we've all ignored federal laws against using cannabis. We always try to follow the law as best we can....but at some point each of us must say, "enough."

For example: I am a perfectly legal grower in CA. I follow state law to the TEE! But according to the feds, I'm a criminal, as are all of you. There are millions of us.....peaceful resistors.
