Crumbs To Brix: Archiweedies' Organic, 4x8

I actually named the strain to remember Rich by, his original name here was Bedroom Farmer. The GSC Xtrm is from Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds. It's actually a cross between GSC x White Widow, not sure where 420 gets their info. Rich crossed that with Afghan #1 and sent me a vial of seeds to test and asked me to name it for him.
My mistake Penny. You probably told me that a while back and I got it twisted. :Namaste:
Your tent is looking very very predictable for an awesome first DBHBB harvest.
Ooh Archie smiling big now!
Flowers look amazing all across the board, and if anyone it looking for a reason to go Osmocote, your Bedroom Cookies 1 is a real testimonial.

Nicely done all 'round AW! :bravo:
Thanks Shed, you’ve seen me through some good and bad eh?
I was going to make mention of the ease of the Osmocote Plus and any reputable potting soil. I hope to experiment further with using Osmocote in the future.

Bottom line is it’s dead easy. Fill water can, water plant. I haven’t tested ph once. I haven’t added any nutrients to the plants aside from the Osmocote, of course.
I can’t speak to quality of the buds yet of course I’m terms of taste or potency.
Just wished Rich was around more, he's a great guy!
I hope he finds the journal one day and appreciates it as much as I appreciate the work he did to breed this plant. I tagged him quite early on in the journal.

Greetings everyone :ciao:
Took a little tester bud from Durban this morning and set it to dry in a brown bag after manicuring it and closely checking the trichomes.
She’s at 60% cloudy so I’ll let her go a while longer. I’m looking for full terpene profile and maximum weight at harvest. She needs to have either a few clear or a few amber. That would be ideal.
In other news, I gave everyone their foliars last night. Blueberry and Bedroom Cookies 2.1 got Brix w/Snake Oil and Durban got Brix.

I upcanned AK47, in my veg box, to a three gallon soft pot. I didn’t want to transplant but she was drinking daily and starting to get fussy.
I haven’t seen anymore bugs and I’ve been probably over compensating with the neem oil.

Cheers guys, it’s a rainy one in SoCal.

Haha thanks Shed. She had just got sorayed with Neem again before the photo so she’s been perkier. I need her to bush out so maybe I can top her a couple times.

Thanks for the input guys. The branches are really small and it’s hard to pinch them properly. I’m hoping the transplant will give this girl some bigger branching.
Her nodes are also within inches of each other. I think LST is the best option right now.
I don’t want to tie her flat though right? Not past 90 degrees?

I like to feel the slightest ‘crunch’ of the inner wall of the stem. They’re just too skinny for that.

I think maybe it’s cause she’s as old as she is under a 4 lamp T5

That's right Archie...just gently pull the tallest leaders off to the side ...and down a bit. Just even with the next tallest leaders. This will cause lottsa good things to happen....The middle will start to fill in and things will start to 'even' out a bit as far as the look of her goes. Whenever a leader wants to take off by herself..STOP her with a SC or just tie her down some...understood?

Right on guys! I’ll make ya both proud.
Sounds like I’ve been toying around with your technique a little Shed. I’ve just been warming the spot up with my fingers, where I want the branch to bend, and coaxing it over.

Yes,...thats the ticket Archie. Warm her up a lil before the pinch and bend( Supercropping). When they get older , the stems/stalks get very hard...sometimes just like steel, very , very hard to SC then. Stalks bent over while like that will NOT straighten back up , and will remain close to the horizontal u left it in. The growing tip , or apex , will however turn up, almost within min's. and continue laughing at you . Cheers bud.:passitleft:

I usually pinch or slowly apply pressure very slowly you don’t want to really break the outer cell wall is the goal and to watch it just timber over ever so slightly . The. Watch it pop up again this also will strengthen you branches /mains.

Of your stems are too hollow though they can snap clean off easily that and good to do in veg .

You can keep doing it super cropping that same branch too until happy . I forgot to super crop my cherry bombs now they can’t support the wheight of the buds all branches on hangers yo-yos now . If I would have super cropped and got them to knuckle up at the right area then might not have needed the hangers if thinking ?

Hello family :hugs:
Thought this would be as good a time as any to introduce my next plant I’ll be growing.
