Crumbs To Brix: Archiweedies' Organic, 4x8

unless the RH is simply too low to allow the stomata to fully open.
That could be a reality for many growers in the winter yeah?
I think Doc and Duggan would agree that 10 mins or 1 hour makes little difference. The science says that at a certain Temp and rH you can force the stomata open. It’s the basis behind vapor pressure deficit.
Knowing that, and knowing my HpS takes a little while to warm up, I’m okay waiting an hour to spray. That helps me make sure that my ‘lights on’ temp has been achieved and if my humidity is being controlled properly, stomata should be open.
While we’re on the subject, the last time I sprayed Brix I hit the tops of the leaves in addition to the bottoms and it seems to have scorched a few leaves. That or it’s dried on the leaves or something. It looks as though those fans are damaged. I’ll see if I can get a pic. It only happened on Durban.

So here we are hopefully the lighting isn’t too annoying.

Bonus pic, look closely and Durban appears to have damn near black buds :yahoo:

Ya....when spraying the foliars ...only lightly mist the plant...any drops remaining...just give the plant a quick shake to get all the excess off the top of the leaves. The drops stay there and amplify the light causing that burning u describe. Also....take care not to mix Brix too strong...that will cause burning as well. cheers Archie.
I’ll be careful to shake her off good and pay close attention to the mixing. :thanks:
Should I take the fans affected?
Looks good despite the ugly leaves.
Yeah I’m ready to see what these plants are gonna do.

Thanks SP I thought the refrigerator had been deemed safe. Good to get validation on that. :thumb:

I thought about asking Duggs if we should flip. Then, I looked at my calendar( also a Duggan mandate ) and turns out I had changed the photoperiod two weeks almost to the day of when I noticed the plant was flowering. I’m certainly no authority, but it usually takes two weeks for flowers to show up after flowering is induced right? Sometimes a week more?

Point is, if I flipped when I saw it and they’ve been getting enough daylight ever since ‘the incident’ they may have been revegging all this time ( 2 weeks). If I flip that plant will be so damn confused it could possibly hermie. I’m still a little worried it might get confused after we’re sure reveg starts and induce flower later.
That plant will not be more confused than I am !! :surf:

Imma just get this started and lets see what mother nature says...:passitleft:
LOL!

I was going to say they looked like a painting!
Haha! How's Shed doing? Aint got around to yer' journal in a day or so.. Im starting to get excited for the outdoors adventure this spring. I think Im gonna do one or two plants outside. Maybe an autoflower or two and one big Jack Herer.

Yikes! Although I gotta say for my setup, I like growing in the winter. Its easier for me to keep the tent warm than to air condition it. Im almost positive Im going outdoors this spring/summer
