Crimson Grows

8 out of 9 seem ok. I think, 1 will succumb to damping off. Sad but 8 is better. Less crowded.

I love how adjustable this diy fixture is. I’m growing seedlings and flowering plants side by side.

And the 24th day for the Destroyers. Some showing sex, some are about to. They have been on 12/12 from the start so i’m expecting them to get into flower mode very soon. I hope they don’t stretch too much because some are already getting pretty big.

Soil was a little too hot for sativas apparently but what are you gonna do. Well, at least i’m sure it’ll keep them fed for a while.

about a week later (27th day)

They are just fine and that’s ok.

Broke one of the main colas on the taller Dinachem S1. I really wanted it to go for a bit longer but it’s still pretty heavy. Well i still got the other half going.

2 Peyote Cookies x Dinachem phenos. Completely different from each other. First one looks pretty much exactly like the Peyote Cookies mother and other is very much on the Dinachem side. I gotta find something in the middle. Both are showing Peyote colours.

They are flowering but the height is not uniform. Some grew really tall, like maybe 30-40cm longer than the smallest one so i adjusted my lights like this. Another kick ass advantage of adjustable diy. Screw plug and play hahhah.

:ciao:
What’s been happening in the Echo chamber lately?

Hi man! I’ve been busy as a bee lately. Mostly with life and all is well.
From the chamber; Destroyers had a really rough time near the end. Mostly related to the nutrients left in the soil (and to some extent because i have been neglecting and stressing them to see if they are gonna throw bananas or anything).
Although my yield will not brake any records they still produced very stick nugs (trich density is really amazing). I partially harvested 7 of them in the last week leaving the lowers to ripen and 1 still is all clear trichomes and now we are in the 12th week and everything should come down in 10 days i think.
In anycase i picked my keepers and that’s what this run was all about. I’ll post some pics when i get the chance and i think next run will be better documented with Dinachem, Blue Kush, Northern Lights and an NLxDC cross (probably). It’s gonna be good.

Cheers, Crimson. Nice to hear it’s working out for you.
That Destroyer has been on my list a while. I keep hearing such interesting things about it.
Good stuff!
:peace::cool:

Let me share some photos if you are interested hahaha

These are mixed buds from 2 plants. 2 keepers. #1 and #7. Even with all that stress (you can see a burnt leaf and some foxtailing) buds feel like they are covered with a layer of hard candy or glazing or something. High is euphoric, uplifting, dream-like, giggly and creative. I’m loving it. I don’t like body high that much. This was a great gift thanks @George from The Vault. I’m gonna get some better bud pics, lowers are still going. Week 12.

And really my iphone 6 doesn’t do justice to it at all. I’m gonna get a camera after this corona shit goes away.

I use an iPhone 6 for all my photos, too. I find it ok. Mind you, I’m not smoking your stash :p (Just to call it Destroyer sounds like a challenge, right?)

Yeah but my iphone 6 is really beaten down and the camera lens is all scratched hahah

It’s definitely not a destroyer. Ok it can only be classified as a destroyer if we are talking about negative emotions. It’s just a very giggly and relaxed high. Very cerebral and in your head also. I sometimes find it hard to distinguish between my thoughts and the reality around me when i smoke this. Especially the keepers i picked are amazing man. Great potency even in this abysmal run.

I have been growing for a couple of years now and i had bad runs before so i’m pretty sure that these will produce the most incredible buds when i manage to dial in my medium next run. They don’t like N at all.

Yeah shit is still crazy out there so i’m gonna try to find some peace over at my garden. Here we go, i flipped the tent today. Nl had a serious transplant shock and it started throwing normal leaves just 2 days ago but i’m flipping it anyway. Not a big deal if i can pull over 100g on that. Not sure yet. Other than that i think it has been about 20 days since these mothers got transplanted. Only Nl had problems.

Nl is looking much better, if it can veg for a week before transitioning i can still get 100g, i hope. But overall i’m very happy with it. It’s over the transplant shock completely and since these are bonsai mothers they have thick stems and good side branching already. I’d normally snip the longer tops one more time and then flip but it has lost so much time already. So i’m just gonna wait and see what happens

they seem healthy to me. A bit on the light green side but i just gave them a good organic feeding yesterday so we’ll see in a week. I can already say that dc x nl is a heavy feeder and a vigorous grower
